Waratah Corner - escarpment views
Beautiful land, great host, and pristine bush. The toilets were great and the deck made the tent set up a breeze. And Lana is a delight! Can’t wait to come back 🙂

Lower terrace
Ian is a great host and made sure all our needs were met. I wish we could have stayed longer. The sites are great. Very flat and private from each other. Lovely drive up to the property too.

The Dwayne - magical walk in
The camp site was very secluded and private, embedded in the forest, which is why it was essential to have Tropical bug spray with a minimum of 20% deet. The portable toilet was really good too. Clean and not smelly.
Unfortunately, the biggest drawback to the site was that you had to bushbash your down a steepish slope to it with no clear path or trail which was incredibly difficult at night and pants is essential given the all the plants and the leeches. The site said that it was suitable for 6ppl but only if they were in 2 tents (one bigger tent) and a smaller 2pp tent, so not great for 6 ppl with more smaller tents. It was also not possible to sit around the campsite as there’s not enough room. The camp site is in a bit of a slant too.

Stump no more - sheltered with view
Beautiful property/Very overpriced
Beautiful property and the host evidently really cares about the guest experience.
However, the listing is conflated in terms of view and privacy. Beautiful bush view but none of the escarpment. The site is along the main access road for the waterfall/creek and another campsite therefore cars and people going past and through campsite.
Due to these reasons and considering comparable sites on hipcamp, the price is far too high.

Ian was such an incredible and caring host. He ensured everything was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend experiencing this awesome camping spot - we will definitely be back!

First Night
Ian is a good host, he met us and showed us where to stay. 👍🏡 It is a beautiful place in the forest, quiet, secluded. 🌲🌳🏞️ We were offered an extensive menu for the morning and to explore the beautiful views of this ranch. 🍳🌄 It is a place for peace and soul under the crowns of tall trees. 🧘♀️🙏🌲
