Nestled in the picturesque small town of Joadja this historic working farm offers a peaceful grassed area amongst the orchard. We are nestled down a quiet dirt country lane, 10 minutes from the Joadja distillery and historic town, 20 minutes to historic Berrima, offering country pub, cafes, art galleries and gift shops, 25 minutes from Mittagong & Bowral. You will enjoy the peace and tranquillity looking out over the rolling hills and green pastures. The working sheep & cattle farm is a fourth- generation property. The original hay sheds and orchards were part of the one of the first dairies in the area. The original trees that are left in the orchard are over 100 years old and still bearing fruit when in season. We offer our guests toilet facilities, bore water, free wifi if required and communal fire-pit area, there is no electrical hook up or rubbish facilities we ask you to kindly take this with you. Notlaw Orchard is pet friendly however we do ask that you keep your pets on leads at all time as we are working farm.Our camping sites are grassed sites spread throughout the Orchard area, with beautiful old trees near the old dairy area. Sites are mostly flat, and all have views across the pasture to the rolling hills on the horizon. Water located near the old truck, a short walk from the sites. Tap with clean bore water (not drinking). Guests also have access to a flushable portable toilet located just near the sites, by the old barn. Communal fire pit area, we do supply a small amount of firewood complimentary. There is also Wifi availability near the machinery shed, close to the camping area. Pets are welcome however they must be kept on lead at all times, as we're a working farm with stock.

Notlaw Orchard Campsites
Absolute hidden gem. Such a beautiful little farm stay with a rustic feel and a brand new Port-a-loo style toilet that was clean and well looked after. Super peaceful and quiet, with a communal fire pit and heaps of firewood provided which was a great touch. We met the owners when they stopped by to stock the toilet and they were so friendly and welcoming. The campsite is tucked away down its own private road, so it feels nice and secluded, but you’re still only a short drive to Bowral and everything you need. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which made it even better. Waking up to misty hills, mooing cows and wildlife around was such a great experience. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back often.

Cracker spot! Grassy flat spots with plenty of room to swing a van or large 4wds. Clean toilets and heaps of dry wood. Honestly one of the best stays we have had in a long time, definitely coming back. Hosts popped in and were lovely.
