Respectful Enjoyment: To maintain the family-friendly atmosphere, we kindly request campers to adhere to our quiet hours starting at 9 PM. We discourage those not oriented towards family activities and serene evenings, ensuring everyone can enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings. River Adventures: For water enthusiasts, our campsite boasts a pristine river where you can swim, fish, and kayak to your heart's content. Riverside Camping: With over 600 meters of riverside campsites spread across 50 acres of lush bushland, you'll find the perfect spot to set up your tent or park your camper. A great location

Enjoyed the space and freedom of not being in top of other campers but not isolated. Nice spot for kids to swim and enjoy the outdoors. The check in and communication was great from Phil. Will definitely be back

The stay was fantastic, such a great vibe and campsite, situated only a minutes walk from the river. Will definitely be back again. Toilets were also very clean and all other campers were very respectful.

A delightful surprise!

Jila Campgrounds was such a lovely surprise! The river was beautiful and pristine with natural beaches and deeper sections - great for kids. The camp area is expansive with mature gum trees and extensive shade. Facilities like bins, toilets and equipment for hire with profits to Beyond Blue were very welcome innovations. It’s clear further development is afoot and we would definitely recommend and return. A great Basecamp for adventures to the city and Blue Mountains also.

Jila Camp Grounds

Great river and so close to the camping area. Entry is good not difficult as other reviews i saw. Yes a bit of flies around and a bit dusty, but hey is camping. We will be back for sure.
