This was an absolutely beautiful spot. The kangaroos, Llamas and horses were so lovely. Deborah was a great host who ensured we had everything we needed while also providing us with privacy. Sunset - golden hour - was particularly stunning. Thank you.

Our family stayed on Deborah's property over the Easter long weekend and loved it. The firewood we purchased while booking was great and was at the camp when we arrived. The camp site was tucked away and we were left to ourselves. It gave us the opportunity to sit back and relax while the kids could run around and play without bothering anyone else. Deborah was a great host and her communication was excellent at all times. She also gave our kids the opportunity to feed the alpacas, pat the horses and play soccer with Neddie the dog. We look forward to when we return to Jagala.

I would definitely recommend Jagala for your next camping spot!
Only 15mins from Kandos but completely secluded. Amazing views of Mount Marsden which we could admire forever!
Deb was very helpful with directions and organising firewood for us.

We loved camping at this spot! Gorgeous views of Mount Marsden and plenty of space at the campsite for a secluded stay. Very peaceful and a wonderful spot for campfires and star gazing. Deb was very helpful and accomodating, we would highly recommend staying here!

Jagala is in a wonderful location and completely private. Our site had wonderful views of the changing colours of Mount Marsden and we enjoyed the birdlife and kangaroos around us.
Will be back next time we can spare 3 nights again.

Really amazing site location if you want to be left alone with something beautiful to look at everyday. Our kid loved the horses and alpacas roaming around the place. National park close by, not far from Sydney but it honestly feels like you could be anywhere in the world. Will 100% book again.

Loved the views, and the spot was amazing! Only downside and it wasn’t the hosts fault….. the neighbours were reving their bikes and cars most of our stay and also shooting things on their property which ruined the serenity. But besides all that I loved it and will definitely make a return.

Deborah was fantastic in her communications, welcoming when we arrived (in the rain) and was extremely helpful to help us get out of a jam when we had a problem with our Van on check out day. Our son still talks about 'Deborah the kind lady'!
We were on a beautiful campsite with a nice pile of wood for the fire and a perfect, uninterrupted view of Mount Marsden.
If internet reception is important to you, be mindful that reception can be patchy with both Telstra and Optus - this wasn't an issue for us (it was nice to disconnect from technology) however I know it can be important to others.
We will be back for another stay in the future!

Safe to say i was blown away by the view from the campsite. Mount Marsden is such a beautiful view to gaze at, especially with the light on it at dusk. As soon as the sun pops over the mountain you have sunshine all day long (perfect for winter camping). I like that the directions to get to the campsite involved the phrase 'turn left at the upsidedown mosaic leg'. Beautiful campsite all round.

We had booked in for 5 nights and had the best views over a beautiful sandstone escarpment and loved the stay. You need to be fully self sufficient and this is great as it is a lovely place and with nothing else there it adds to the beauty. We had a lovely fire place setup and that was all we needed. Kangaroos came through in the morning, and we loved sitting back at night watching the colours change on the sandstone as the sunset. We would certainly stay here again if up that way.

What a lovely camp site and fantastic view to boot of Mount Marsden. Directions were easy to follow and we were met on arrival by Deb who was very helpful indeed. Our site (site 1) was well maintained with a bundle of wood awaiting us. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to do lots or nothing at all. The townships of Kandos and Rylestone are only a short drive away and we spent lunch on one of our days in lovely Mudgee (45 min drive). I would certainly recommend this property. Thanks Deb for your hospitality.

We loved camping at Jagala! Amazing place with incredible view of Mount Marsden. The site was clear and clean even in the rain. Deborah was very helpful and accomodating to us. Our 4 year old loved feeding the Llamas and patting the horses. Plus we saw wildlife such as Kangaroos which was great. The weather cleared on our last night and the view of the stars was breathtaking! Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Repeat visitors to this lovely place. Tried Site 2 this time around - great view across the tree tops to Mt Marsden, well kept, slashed camping site with fire pit. Very, very slight slope, but easily managed with some levelling ramps for our campervan. Hard to find a better place for sunset drinks. Communications with Deborah alway easy.

Jagala is a cracker of a camping spot. It is on a beautiful property about 15 minutes from the beautiful historic town of Rylstone. There is so much to explore in this area and the campsite itself is worth just sitting at. Stunning. There are 2 sites - depending on your camping style I would suggest you contact Deb for the best site. She is easy to communicate with and a huge help.
We would recommend this camp site for a few nights to see this area and in particular - just chill out.

We had a lovely weekend staying at Jagala with our 3 kids and 2 dogs. The setting is private and secluded with beautiful views. Deborah the host was very helpful and welcoming, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come back with friends!!

Loved staying at Deborah's camp site, it was quite secluded only saw one other camper. We enjoyed the horses and lama's/alpacha's got up to touch them. Night time with the stars was amazing and the fire pit to start the early cold mornings and to finish the night.
Enjoyed the drive to and around town had beautiful views of the country, and the people around town were super nice.
