Hosts were lovely,place was lovely but was a little disappointed regarding their constant barking dogs and we were a little put off by the rank smell of dead cattle that was 50 meters away from where the campers reside other then that we had a good time and animal feeding tour was awesome

We might have been lucky and were the only campers there so we enjoyed the privacy of the site. You are literally just in a paddock next to the house, and when we arrived we were the same paddock as the horses, donkeys and sheep - which the kids thought was amazing.
From here we could see the farm animals, the land, neighbours and we were a short walk to the amenities.
We got a farm tour 1 morning and the kids loved checking all the animals out.
It's looks like they have had plenty of rain as the paddock was very wet.

We had a fantastic stay at Gracemere Farmstead! The animal experiences were a highlight – especially going on the property tour and collecting eggs. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the campsite was peaceful with clean, well-kept facilities. A perfect farm getaway for families – highly recommend!

Stephen and his family were very accomodating and even gave a tour in the morning to feed the animals.

We loved our stay at Gracemere Farm! The facilities were clean, tidy, and well stocked, which made everything super comfortable. Our kids especially enjoyed the morning farm tours—holding the chickens and bottle-feeding the young calf, Rowen, was such a highlight for them.
We camped in the paddock, which was peaceful and private—just the right distance from the facilities: far enough to feel secluded, but close enough for those early morning bathroom dashes.
Totally recommend for families looking for a relaxing and hands-on farm experience.

Fantastic camping at Gracemere Farmstead. Such a great experience being close to all the animals, yet still feeling like you are on your own and deep in the bush. All the luxuries of home - cooking areas, shower & bathroom. Excellent spot for anyone wanting something a little different!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and were amazed by the facilities offered, very clean and well kept. The land was beautiful and the animals were even cuter. The morning farm tour was the highlight of our stay. Stephen is a friendly and great host. Will definitely be back.

We stayed for one night on the farm. These guys are having a real effort to make the farm work. The amenities are great. The hot shower on a cold winter night was so good. There was lots of farm animals to see

Gracemere Farmstead Campsites
Stephen had freshly mowed a patch of grass for us. A nice quiet space away from the main house. Beautiful communal area with fire pit and plenty of tables.
Showers were a great addition as well.

Cannot recommend Gracemere Farmstead enough!! I stayed with my boyfriend (24 & 25) and had the absolute best time, definitely not just for the kids. Amazing facilities, it was so lovely to have a hot shower after being at muddy campsites all week. Stephen, Tahlia and Chloe were amazing guides and really showed passion in what they do. We will definitely be returning!

Had a great camping trip away. Stephen was a great host. The spot we got to camp was perfect. A bit of shade from the trees, breathtaking sunset views across paddocks filled with cows.
Not to far of a walk to the toilets and showers which was a nice convenience to have while camping. Kitchen and cooking area had everything we could need. All well kept and clean.
Would definitely love to go back for another stay.
Can not recommend enough for those looking for a comfy camping experience, and all the farm animals would make it a wonderful experience for those with kids.

This place really is great for all, especially young families. We were made to feel so welcome, and had free reign to walk around and experience “farm life”. Stephen, Chloe and Tahlia were brilliant and so welcoming. Very knowledgable and the kids enjoyed the morning and afternoon animal activities/feeding. Thanks for the great time! Kids are already asking to go back!

Beautifully kept farm buy a lovely family. Me and my daughter felt very welcome and well looked after. It was amazing to be invited to tag along with Chloe as she did her morning chores, feeding the chickens, checking on the cows and answering all our questions about life on the farm. My daughter even had the chance to hold a baby duckling. Thanks for the memories!

Stephen and his family were wonderful and we learnt a lot about farming while camping in a beautiful natural setting. It is the second time that we camped at Gracemere and we will certainly return. In addition to the hosts' warm welcome, the farm has all sorts of animals, which we can observe closely, and even pet and feed. The farm also offers a shower/toilet block, as well as a kitchen and power point. It's really a great place to camp, especially if you have young children!
