Glenroy offers five spacious country cottages, individually styled, all self-contained with plenty of room for privacy. Camping sites are also available all year round. Enjoy a night, weekend or extended stay in a peaceful, relaxing, natural environment. There are beautiful river walks with an abundance of magnificent bird life as well as platypus, echidna, wallabies and kangaroos to view. Relax in comfort beside a log fire overlooking the tranquil Coxs River. Put your feet up after a swim or river adventure. Glenroy Cottages are located 15 minutes from Mount Victoria, Lithgow and Hampton, and about a half hour from Jenolan Caves, Katoomba and the zig Zag Railway. Two hours from Sydney, 5 minutes from Historic Hartley Village.Pick your own spot to set up in a grassy area by the river. Basic toilets and showers available. It is dog friendly however they must remain on a leash the entire time and not bark once. It is accessible to RVs, camper trailers, caravans and tents.

Relaxing and peaceful
I had an amazing overnight camp at Glenroy! Very clean and quiet with the Coxs river right there! Would definitely recommend

Lovely site. Easy access. We had to pack up early though due torrential rain, thunder and lightning. Was a shame!

Camping alongside river
Brilliant stay. Gorgeous spot near river to camp up. Fairly spread out campers for privacy. Friendly host. Short 15 min drive to great hikes in blue mountains. Good amenities - cold rain water shower. Enjoyable couple nights stay here!

Family joy!
We had a great family camping this me at Glenroy despite rain & storm. It's an ideal place for a holiday with young children - the beautiful river provides so much adventure & exploration. We didn't see any staff & were left to have our own peaceful experience.

Quiet, peaceful, very safe next to a running creek. Shower, toilets that are old but they are better than nothing, shower is cold water only but again better than no shower and I have rinsed off in mountain streams and didn’t mind the cold since I was clean!
