Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or water at this Hipcamp.
Gatherer's Ground is set on 100 acres of tall and majestic bushland with pockets of lush rainforest, hanging vines, mature epiphytes and extensive bird and wildlife. The undulating Deep Creek borders one side of the property with Coorabakh National Park bordering the other, direct access to the national park is available via the property by 4WD, mountain bike or hiking. Newbys Caves, Flat Rock lookout and Waitui Falls are just a few of the options to visit nearby. Gatherer's Ground is only 15 minutes from the Pacific Highway and a pleasant drive through green pasture farmlands with picturesque views of the Brother Mountains. An exceptional place for a peaceful and very quiet rest among nature or an opportunity to explore the countless examples of flora, fauna and natural formations of the area. There are no amenities here, campers will need to be self contained and leave no trace.
