Firefly Corner is a 65-acre regenerative farm near Krambach, where we're restoring soil health, reintroducing native plants, and growing food using Syntropic farming principles. Since 2024, our small team—Agnes, James, Claire (agronomist), and Olivier (compost enthusiast and cook)—has been bringing this land back to life. One-third is bush forest returning to native species; two-thirds is pasture committed to permaculture. We've built over 500m of keylines and swales, established worm farms and composting systems, and planted everything from bush tucker to familiar veggies. Last season brought abundant zucchinis, pumpkins, squash and jalapeños. Your basecamp for Mid North Coast adventures. We're 40 minutes from Forster, The Great Lakes, and endless beaches from Seal Rocks to Port Macquarie. The Barrington River's fresh white water is 30 minutes away. Sydney is 3.5 hours by car or train. Accommodation: Unpowered tent and RV sites available in surrounding paddocks with shared amenities. Campers have access to a stable outhouse with tank water, solar-heated shower and dry toilet. Come experience farm life, explore the coast, or simply unwind under starlit skies.
