I had a fantastic time at Eagle Ridge. It was so peaceful and very private. I didn't see anyone during the three days I was there. The river was crystal clear and the site was very large. Kristy's directions were excellent and she met me on time.

Our stay at eagle ridge was divine! A lovely private spot on the river made it feel like we had the place to ourselves. Kristy was an amazing host - very responsive, understanding and gracious with her time. Especially when we needed help finding an emergency vet in the area on our way out. Will definitely be back!

First time “glamping” instead of camping and What an incredible experience from booking to packing up to head home the entire process was made incredibly easy and enjoyable with Kristy & Dan being an absolute stand out as hosts. We stayed in the tiny home “Tiny house on the Rockies” and what can we say except BOOK IT NOW! absolutely everything was provided just bring your food, bevies and fishing rods! The tiny home was perfect to retire to after a fun and relaxing day taking in the parcel of paradise! The giant covered deck was an absolute gem, with rocking chairs and outdoor lounge and a top of the line bbq/kitchen set up we happily lazed the days away with the dogs (yes it’s dog friendly! And we were made to feel so welcome with the fur babies!) in the shade watching the river, morning coffees as the dew broke and evenings watching the stars come out and illuminated the sky from the outdoor bath. The tubes make for a fun lazy float down the river in the warmth of the day and the fire fueled bath tub perfect to warm up and unwind as the evening weather cooled off. We can’t wait to go back and experience it in winter. Thank you so much to Kristy and Dan for a 10/10 experience!

We absolutely loved our time at Eagle Ridge bush retreat. This property is stunning and everything we needed for our weekend getaway.
The glamping site we booked had everything, from the riverside deck to our own private toilet and shower. This site was so well thought out we couldn't fault it at all. If you want a peaceful getaway by the river we strongly recommend Eagle Ridge.
Kristy and Dan were really friendly and helpful and they made the stay all the more enjoyable. Will definitely be back to enjoy this property again!

What an incredible spot! Absolutely blown away by Kristy and Dan’s property. The instructions to find the property were easy and clear. Upon arriving we descended down a short but steep 4wd track to enter the lower area where the river runs through. It’s a beautiful open bush space and campers are very spread out so you do not see your neighbour at all! We had the Byron site which was just paradise. River frontage for endless dips and river floats all day long. Camp fires by night under the moon. If you have the opportunity you must add the fire heated bath to your booking. It was amazing bathing under the sunset and moonlight. A truly special place. We will be back! Thank you :)

We had the best stay at Eagle Ridge. While arriving with other campers for the weekend, once shown to our site we didn’t see anyone the entire time. Total privacy and tranquility with nature. Especially the soft flowing stream in front of our camp. It was the perfect getaway & wish we could’ve stayed longer.

So, so beautiful. We ( Nan, Mum and the kids) stayed in the tiny home. It had everything you needed to escape in comfort. Dan and Kristy are so friendly and helpful. We must have floated down the river 30 times whilst the Wedge-tail Eagle flew overhead. There's an abundance of bird life. The outdoor bath was sensational. So many perfect moments. The kids had so much fun 4wd driving down and back up the hill on the way back too. Only regret- not staying longer. What a ripper spot 👌.

We loved the designated tent site as it was quite and secluded. Creek frontage and cliff views made for a beautiful and quiet get away. If you are taking kids make sure to bring something to float you down the stream!

plenty of head room kitchen set up was great and the access to the river was perfect and the scenery along the river spectacular especially with the kayak and was so easy to catch fish and the odd eel and complete privacy ..

2nd time staying at Eagle Ridge. This time, we stayed in the tiny house 10/10 guys. Kristy and Dan had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Great spot for our furkids to run and swim. We had a storm and showers on the first night but not even that bothered us. Highly recommend staying at the tiny house 💯%
The battery powered lighting in the house was just perfect, the ambience was lovely and a great battery powered fan for sleeping was a added bonus.
We will definitely be returning in the future.

Stunning! Thank you for sharing a piece of your paradise. Highlight was getting the tube out and floating down the gorgeous river spotting the abundance of wildlife. Highly reccomend.

We loved our time at Eagle ridge retreat! Beautiful campsite, amazing river! The kids had a great time catching fish, kayaking and tubing down the river.
Highly recommend the hot tub! Such a novelty while camping!

Definitely one of my favourite spot now. I had a spot right next to the river all to my self with a campfire next to it. Love the surroundings, sounds of river flowing, bird chirping and nature in general. Jim was taking care of the place at the time as the owner was away but Jim was a lovely man! Had no trouble getting to the spot as I have a 4x4 but definitely need a 4WD to get down to the spot.

I cannot recommend Eagle Ridge Bush Resort more. Not only was it an incredible place. We glamped. The tent was set up, the BBQ ready with gas, the firewood for the fire and the bath. Solar lights already there, flanelette sheets and firewood for the in tent fireplace as well. Plus a dog water bowl.
But to tbh the best and worst parts were when I half executed a U turn properly, got my 4wd stuck, properly, in a ditch.
Jim had help sorted out immediately and by morning we had hands on ready to help.
Jim was incredible and Gaz fixed the problem.
The dogs were in heaven.
The facilities were spot on.
Just go!

We pretty much had the place to our selves, right next to the water. The place was amazing to say the least.
We took the tubes down the river which was a little wild but so fun.
The campgrounds were super tidy and they have a compost toilet which was good.
You will need at least an all wheel drive as the entrance was pretty steep ( but fun ).
Couldn’t speak more highly of this place, thanks for having us, we’ll definitely be back!
