A property with amazing river access a history of great fishing and gold panning. The steep terrain adjacent the river lends itself to some fantastic scenery, the perfect place to unplug and enjoy the peace and quiet. Grab a tube and float down the river rapids, or just relax in camp listening to the sounds of nature. We have an abundance of bird life and wild cattle roaming the property, theres so much to see and enjoy With a small number of sites on the property you're sure to feel like the only ones in the world. Currently access is 4WD recommended due to the steep terrain. Any towing MUST be done with a 4WD. AWD and rear wheel drive vehicles are fine, though good idea to check with us FWD vehicles are NOT permitted. Good ground clearance is required

An abundance of steep terrain trails and flat camping areas adjacent a scenic and fresh flowing river. Each site is private and spacious to give you that, Nobody Else In The World Feeling Camping, Hiking, gold fossicking, biking and fishing all till your hearts content! Rocky river fishing thus far has found freshwater Cod (catch and release), Bass, Catfish and Eel’s a plenty, 2.4km’s of river with crystal clear water to enjoy for the perfect relaxing weekend. Sites will be allocated by Hosts depending on group requirements. 4WD access is recommended and experience with off road driving an advantage due to the steep dirt access road. Any towing MUST be done with a 4WD Talk to us before booking for other vehicles as some RWDs and AWDs are ok. FWDs are NOT permitted Small camper trailers fine. Talk to us about your caravan or other requirements before booking. There are limited spaces available for caravans, so its imperative you check with us first. Completely off grid this property offers the ultimate in unplugging and relaxing Furnished with a queen size bed, and single mattress available on request. All linens provided. For larger groups there is plenty of room to set up your own additional tents or swags. Perfect secluded weekender!!

Rocky River Glamp Tent

Location was superb, the Glamping tents location was private and provided a sanctuary away from the rest of world, even more so without reception (Telstra reception may exist in the area, but not really anywhere along the river). Having a stretch of the river to yourself elevates the getaway to a whole new level. We did have a slight hiccup that lead to cold showers on the first rainy night, but Dan and Kristy were straight on to it, even offering to visit the campsite at 10pm to fix it for us. The camp set up is rustic, but works for a quick getaway away from the hustle and bustle.
