Welcome to Dodona - ancient Greek meaning "God's Gift". Here you can camp by a permanent flowing creek in our beautiful green valley. Sites are accessible by all types of vehicles such as RVs, caravans, motorhomes, big rigs, camper trailers or basic tent camping. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood is available at $15 per bag and bonus inclusion of a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area! Shower & toilet available. There is 350 km of dirt trails in the very large Orara State Forest behind our property which is great for mountain bike riding, or horse riding (no horse riding permitted on the property). Pet friendly. Stay with a local, friendly host.

Dodona By The Creek - Site 2
The structure is good, and everything was clean. The space is quite large and provides enough privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay here. A truly gracious host helped us with everything we needed. The house and grounds itself was beautiful , a perfect place to stay in the rain, such a shame we didn’t see any sun! We both hope to return at some point to see Richard and the grounds again !

Perfect camping spot with dogs
Loved my stay at Dodona. I was camping in a tent and brought a 2WD vehicle and my little doggo. Absolutely no issues getting into the property or the campground (despite the ground looking a bit soft at the gate to the camping areas). There was heaps of space, the amenities were super clean and the pool was an absolute bonus! Richard was so friendly and welcoming. Would stay again for sure and recommend to anyone travelling with a dog (dogs are also allowed in the pool!)
