With over 600 acres of Australian bush, our property is ideal for campers that want their own space. We are completely off-grid (no wifi to distract you) and we run off tank water (for this reason showers are only available for two hours in the evening). There are multiple camp sites on the property - some are close to hot showers and toilets, others are within a short walking distance. Some sites are perfect for our self sufficient campers who might want a nice private location and don't need access to amenities. There are two shared camp kitchen areas (with pizza ovens and bbqs). We have two amenities blocks with toilets and hot showers and two further compost toilets located at other sites. Campfires are permitted in designated areas (check with us when booking) and firewood can be added to your booking - we do require at least 24 hours notice if you want wood. There are lots of old-style games for the kids such as cricket, tennis, playground, bikes available, a swim in the dam and general country running around fun! Unfortunately we no longer have our flying fox, but there are plenty of other activities to keep you busy. We have some great bush walking areas where you might be lucky enough to see our resident wombats or our breeding pair of Wedge-tailed Eagles. You might also be lucky enough to be there when our two kelpies, Finn and Tori, are moving sheep through the property (they like to put on a show!!). The property dates back to the early 1900s and there are numerous historic buildings on the property. The earliest is a wooden slab hut that was built around the beginning of the 19th century - the Goulburn Penny Post newspaper, dated 3 December 1904 lines the walls of the hut. It also has a two shearing stand wooden shed built by Marcus Dawe in 1922. We try to make sure all of our guests have a great experience - so if you have any special requests reach out to us and have a chat!

Perfect family holiday
We had such a great experience on Jol and Karen’s property. It was heaven for the kids, they had so much space to play and be creative. They we fishing each morning, rode the bikes available around the property and spent so much time on the tennis court. Super relaxing spot to spend with the family. Our dog also had a great time! Jol and Karen were wonderful hosts and even brought over some home baked treats. We will certainly be heading back soon.

We just got back from 3 nights at this lovely place. The property is stunning with lots of things to do. Our kids loved using the bikes to explore and fishing in the little lake. They also had a great time playing basketball and tennis. There is even a cricket pitch. We used the pizza oven for one dinner which was fun. Amenities were good too and our favourite was the bush dunny with the view. Our dog also had a great time. Karen and Jol are lovely hosts and we will definitely be back!

Karen and Jol’s place is absolutely stunning! Peace and quiet, beautiful views and so much to do and explore for the kids; swimming in the dam, tennis, basketball, golf, trampoline, the playground and so much space to run around. Great amenities with a pizza oven, bbq and clean toilets and shower. Karen and Jol are such nice hosts, we met them on arrival and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure we had the best time, Karen even made us delicious muffins and pastries. Cannot recommend their place enough, we will definitely be back!

Peaceful bush camping
We keep coming back to Karen and Jol’s place. Ideal property to wind down with a book, to relax, go for a walk and have a swim in the dam.
