Coast and country combined. 25 acre farm is surrounded by other large farms and beautiful countryside as far as the eye can see. - However you are only 2.5 minutes drive to the nearest beach (Casuarina) and shops! The land is elevated, flood free and has some ocean views/breezes. Guests MUST be fully self contained with their own toilet facilities. This must be shown to host on arrival. If you do not have your own toilet you will be asked to leave. If you want to pay a bit extra for your own private ensuite (running water, hot shower, power, lights, vanity and flushing toilet) then you can stay without your own toilet. Cabarita beach (voted best beach in Australia for 2020 and 2021) is only 7 min away, Fingal and Dreamtime Beaches 10 min drive. - When there is a bit of swell you can hear the crashing of waves at night time as you relax. - Camping area is a long way from the street so no noise pollution & no light pollution - with countless stars if there is a clear evening with no clouds. - I do not know how to change 'pets' status on website. But they are only allowed if you describe they type of pet/breed and promise they will be safe on a lead at all times and not roam around the farm doing what they want. Busy weekends they may not be allowed - ask when booking. This site can easily accommodate small or large groups with flushing toilets, hot showers, kitchen and fridge available. There is also lots of Bell - 'glamping tents' for full luxury provided. If someone in your group wants it all 'finished' when you arrive.

This is one of the highest points in the property and great view. Max distance from the road about 450 meters. 4WD highly recommended if there has been heavy rain a day before your stay. It is a level 7x8 meter platform of grass. Tight turning for extra long caravans so small camper trailers or small caravans only. No one is around - most remote listing. - it is on a platform and only one vehicle/van for sleeping and one tent (small) can fit here. Other cars can park here but will be on a slope No facilities, must be fully self contained, or you walk to the ensuite about 150 meters away if your don't have your own camping toilet or facilities.

Private area. Good views. Outside undercover dining table options. Kitchen, bathroom with caravan toilet and hot shower. Huge grass area for parking, games, campfires. Groups larger than 3 people can bring their own tents or swags for the extra guests. There is a Queen sized bed, with floor area for one or two foam mattresses - short term stay only. It has a basic kitchen, fridge, cooking facilities, fresh running water and flushing toilet, hot shower.

Best dam view! Self contained

Very nice people. It was a wet dreary day but I look forward to further visits in better weather. Campsite has an excellent vista and it now has a well placed camp fire. I totally recommend if you are visiting or passing through Kingscliff. Next time I am there it will be a full moon. Should be excellent.

Best dam view! Self contained

The hosts were great, very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The site is very private, the only one there. Has ocean view and is in a convenient location for the area only a few minutes to the beach. Unfortunately I would not recommend this to a friend, we found the site was small and hard for our 19ft van to get into (it did say in the listing better for smaller set ups however I didn’t see it as it was down the end of the listing so this is my fault). But the grounds were just not very nice - it’s on a working farm so it’s all churned up soil, the kids couldn’t run around at all as it was all planted out and churned up so was very muddy or were on their crops, the actual site needed a good clean up, maybe some fresh turf.. was just lots of loose old grass up there. It could easily be improved but for the price we thought was very expensive for what it was (we travel full time too so have stayed in many many hipcamps). If you’re after privacy though and happy to not really leave your van or tent then would be fine
