16 Ha of grapevines on 40 Ha of land. We also have a cherry orchard so people can pick their own cherries in December. We have stunning views, dedicated sites that can be powered, close to the amenities in the winery or very isolated. We also make some fantastic wine. Close by is the Orange Mountain Bike Club with dedicated downhill trails and events year-round. We are just next to the Lonely Mountain Ultra which runs in October. Mount and Lake Canobolas offer wonderful walk, swims, paddles and fishing. The region has incredible produce, restaurants and wineries.

Great spot for a relax.
Loved camping at the winery, cuple of cute lambs also around to say hello too. Nice and simple to access, friendly crew and we had a very nice cheese and nibbles plate too. Close enough to town to slip in for dinner or shopping as well as being close to the mountainbike trails. Getting the van in and out was easy. You can see James and the team are thinking about access when it is wet as there was good gravel etc added for the drive in. Also, you are far enough in to be away from any real road noise as well.

Stayed 3 nights on the wedding site. James was very welcoming when we arrived even though we arrived after hours. Amenities were very clean. Would definitely recommend doing a tasting at the winery during your stay like we did. Great spot for a weekend getaway

Awesome experience, serene , quiet and beautiful place to watch the sunset and camp. Very private view overlooking the vineyard. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Cargo Road Winery. Beautiful views over the vineyard & for the wine lovers James offers some lovely wines! we had a tasting late Saturday afternoon and headed back to our van with a few bottles in hand. Our kids loved visiting the sheep and cows as well as looking out for kangaroos.The property is a short drive to town, location is really ideal. We will definitely be back :)
