A beautiful bus located on our property, nestled in a quiet street with minimal noise, a great park and oval across the road for kids to play in and only a 2min walk down to the beautiful lake, a 5min drive to the local shops and a 7min drive from stunning beaches.Our Cosy bus is situated in our quiet residential street, nestled in the tranquillity of beautiful big gumtrees on our spacious property, our bus comfortably fits 6 guests, featuring a queen bed and 4 single quad bunks. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower. It also has a lounge/ dinning area inside, use of tv and dvd player and a shaded outside eating area. Plenty of yard room for kids to run in and kick a ball around and ride and scooter. Please note driveway is shared. Some small noise from shared driveway on occasions. Across the road is a big oval and kids park and just a 2min walk to the lake. Shops within walking distance and stunning beaches, lighthouse, parks, bike tracks, Westfield shopping centre and much more just a short drive away. On site parking for 1 vehicle only, plenty of street parking for other cars.
