Beautiful picturesque property backing on to State Forest in the Bucca valley. ******entrance is via main road not via forest, use google maps**** IG - bucca_valley_blueberries FB - Bucca Valley Blueberries Only 5 minutes from beaches. Mountain biking, hiking & 4WDing directly at the back of property. Blueberries to pick December/January. Fresh honey & garlic from the property available, all chemical free. 5 minutes from shopping centre & Tavern. Lots of State forests; National Parks nearby to explore. Must be self contained with toilet/shower facilities and take all rubbish/waste with you on departure. Must be tidy, quiet and respectful. No animals allowed. 15 minutes from Coffs Harbour, 40 minutes from Grafton. Reserves the right to refuse bookings and ask guests to leave. Must respect owners property and privacy. Working property, with horses 🐴. Open to public for blueberry 🫐 picking in Christmas holidays. Can provide drinking water only. May allow camp fires in designated areas depending on fire bans. Dreamy
Loved staying at Kate’s property. The ensemble of frogs, cicadas, and birds made falling asleep and waking up especially beautiful. Wonderful microclimate with baby grass hoppers and dragonflies, and turtles in the lily pond. I enjoyed collecting berries and cooking breakfast in the shed with whatever I had on me. Great experience.

Thank you for our wonderful stay! The blueberries picking was such a highlight with our little camper man :) loved the flexibility and would highly recommend!

Camping in Kate’s property
Loved camping on Kates property, has a good mix of sunny and shady areas and loved seeing the ducks and horses. We expected more of a hill but there was good flat space for our tent which was great. Kate was a very good host who gave us loads of wood for our fires and also gave us eggs on arrival. Would definetly recommend for others and come back. Super close drive to shops and the beach in moonee. Great trip!

Nice quiet private spot, whilst most of the site is on a slope there is a nice flat part to park, we didn't even have to level our van. There is a fire ring provided. It was nice walking through the blueberry trees.

Nice spot near the dam. Going to sleep to the sound of frogs and waking up to the birds. The site was quite sloped so make sure you have a set up that can accommodate this.

Just a very beautiful spot
This is a very beautiful spot, it's very private and the host answered all questions and was very easy to work with. Bird life is fantastic
