This 6-acre property is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Burringbar Village. There are 4 campsites available, 3 are located in the creek paddock and 1 in the Orchard. The village is an easy walk, ride, or drive away (just over 1 km). Great location for camping and enjoying nature. Loads of birdlife and if you are lucky enough, you might get a glimpse of a platypus in the creek. The Northern Rivers Rail Trail is nearby and is great for walking and bike riding. Wooyung and Pottsville Beaches are less than 15 minute's drive. The townships of Murwillumbah and Brunswick Heads are also only 15 minute's drive away. The village of Burringbar is only 30 minutes from Byron Bay and or the Gold Coast. In the village itself there are options for food, drink and entertainment, with a General store, Post office, Thai restaurant, Natural Wine Shop, Coffee Shops, Pharmacy, Butcher, Cheese factory, and Sports Club . And only 4 kilometres away in the nearby village of Mooball, there is the famous Moo moo Roadhouse for meals, coffee and fuel, and the also historic Victory Hotel for further food and drink options. Base yourself on this lovely property and explore the beautiful Northern Rivers Region and all it has to offer. This is a quiet and peaceful camp ground and is suited to people wishing to enjoy the serenity of nature. It is not suitable for large groups or those wishing to party on. (Pets are welcome on the property, however they must be kept on leads and or fenced in to protect the wildlife)

Fantastic campsite by the creek, it felt really relaxing to be surrounded by all the trees. David and Kate went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay on their property. It was a wet weekend but still had fun, would highly recommend and will be booking again :)

This was a very peaceful spot with lots of trees and bamboo along the edges to keep it private. Plenty of space for 2/3 vans and perfect if you’re planning a trip with others. There is a slight slope but nothing terrible. We had a great meal at the Victoria Hotel in Mooball.

Such a beautiful lady and so accommodating. The campsite was great to stop at for the night under the beautiful orchid trees. We saw so much wildlife over the night we adored it, highly recommend!

Had a great time camping for 2 nights. Booked Bamboo 2 site, but wasn't right for us as we have a rooftop tent & Kate quickly made a plan for us to set up elsewhere, which was great. Nice and quiet, there were 2 other camp sites in use, and plenty space for our dog to play ball.

Orchard Site
We had a lovely stay at Kate's Orchard site. It was very shady, and we had the place to ourselves. It's only a short bike ride to join the Rail Trail in Burringbah. There's an excellent cafe nearby as well as good shops in town.

We extended our stay, following previous review .... would definitely stay again, lovely hosts and great area to access rail trail. Tweed cheese factory is a must do too! 😁

We had a excellent 4 night stay! Peaceful country setting and we appreciated the firepit and wood on arrival 😁 very private and spacious between the two sites, fabulous we had the camp to ourselves 👌 love the area, perfect for doing the northern rivers rail trail & club Burringbar is great for dining out. Friendly hosts and town. We enjoyed a 20 minute drive for beach days too! Would definitely stay again, thank you for letting us stay on your private land, caravan parks are a thing of the past 😜

We loved staying at this Hipcamp, the site is really beautiful, very lush and green with lots of shade especially in the afternoon. Location is handy to get to the coast and inland northern rivers villages too.

Camping in the Orchard at Burringbar was a great spot. quiet and secluded with a great host . It was easy to find and a wonderful spot to explore the local area from.

We thoroughly enjoyed camping on Kate's property, the spot had lovely green grass and plenty of trees for shade. . Kate was friendly, welcoming, and great to deal with. We loved how close it was to the bike trail and having the creek was nice to wet our feet, and the dog enjoyed it too.

A beautiful peaceful spot, they accommodated a large van which was great and we had the place to ourselves on our second night. It's in a great location right near the rail trail and not too far from Kingscliff and the beaches.

Beautiful campsite with a lot of privacy and perfectly located if you want to visit the Brunswick Heads area. The host has been very nice and even dropped off some firewood for us! Thanks again for letting us stay on your property
