Welcome to Aloomba Lavender Farm. We offer bush camping with powered and unpowered sites. This means you will not be placed very close to other vans unless you are friends and choose to be together. In many cases you will be able to choose where you wish to park. Not all sites are level, but you are able to site your camp/ van as you wish. There are no cement pads. There is access to toilets and hot showers. You may have to walk some distance to the amenities but the solitude, the quiet, safety and stars make all worthwhile. There is a dedicated firepit and firewood is supplied. We can supply no water other than sufficient to cook dinner. You are welcome to use some of the vegetables and herbs but not to strip the vegetable garden! If in doubt - ask. We have great coffee and Devonshire teas but we are not a cafe. However there is a great little lavender shop where you can buy our own lavender essential oil, or a cake of soap or a Baggallini Handbag. We are dog friendly! We welcome well behaved dogs. We are 20 km from Stanthorpe. You may see wildlife or cattle through the fence and an occasional vehicle going down the road. We have a sealed road all the way to our boundary and then drive through the lavender. If you visit in late November through to early December you will enjoy our lavender flowering, but the plants look very pretty all year around in neat rows. We are a commercial farm so there is the need to work to the rhythm of the lavender.

Lavender and Cattle (unpowered)
Beautiful farm, loads of flies
Absolutely beautiful farm, peaceful location and the toilet and shower blocks are super clean and well kept. The only downside is there are so, SO many flies - I know this is something the owners can't control, but other campers do need to be aware of what to prepare for.

Lavender and Cattle (unpowered)
Great amenities
Fantastic amenities, demountable with 4 seperate cubicles each with flushing toilet, sink and hot water shower. 20 minutes drive to town, nice and quiet :) However if you don't like flies I would give this one a miss.

Lavender and Cattle (powered)
We came in fairly late after leaving after work Tim was really helpful when we arrived and met us with his buggy and showed us the sites. Really nice quiet restful place. Teri in the lavender shop is an absolute delight to sit and talk to. Powered sites are great.
