Learn more about this land: Here is a beautiful wide-open 160 acre site in the Socorro High Desert with wonderful scenic views of the Magdalena Mountains to your North and the Colorado River Basin to your South. ⛰🚵‍♀️ Excellent terrain for ATVs and Jeep’s! 🌵🏍 Feel free to bring wood and start a fire. 🔥 Amazing Stargazing Opportunities! 🌌 Perfect for a Peaceful Trip in Nature. 🍄 Plenty of safe space to do whatever you want, just be mindful of the Land and your Neighbors. ⛺️ Brief Directions for Those Without Internet: 1. After you get off the I-25 and onto Hwy 178 (also known as Willow Springs Ranch Road), take it northwest into the desert about 2 miles. You'll soon pass a major four-way intersection in the dirt road and see a house to your right, keep going. 2. Coming up on your left you'll see another structure (labeled Highland Springs Ranch on Google Maps). Pass them too. 3. Shortly after that (about 1 mile past the initial four-way intersection), you'll see a wide dirt road shoot off too the left, pass it. 4. Up ahead, the road splits into Coyote Springs Rd. Just keep to your left and stay on Highland Springs Rd (Hwy 178). 5. After another mile or so you'll see another dirt road shooting off to the left. Pass this road too. 6. Continue up Hwy 178. You'll pass a couple more dirt roads shooting off to your right until you finally reach an offset four-way intersection. So close! Turn left here and continue another 2600ft/0.5mi down this street and voila, you've arrived at the top right corner of my property (on your left). It's huge, so feel free to roam! This road is technically called Sunset Vista, but it won't appear on any maps and there's no signage, so do with that information what you will.

An amazing trip. Felt like I was standing in a globe overflowing with stars. The most beautiful spot for stars and mountain views. Definitely recommend!

Excellent campground, great getaway
I've recently started taking my girlfriend grocery shopping since I have a car and she doesn't. We've been together for about a month. At the checkout I noticed how unhealthy most of the food she bought was. A lot of instant ramen noodles, biscuits, beers, ice cream, pizzas, chicken wings, full sugar coke, a bottle of vodka, Poptarts, and such. (You get the idea) I never thought she'd eat like this at home because she has a very good figure. Meanwhile I mostly just bought vegetables and meat for cooking, some fruits, rice and noodles. I'm into weightlifting so I'm conscious of what I put into my body. Afterwards I told her i couldn't believe she could live on these things and told her how bad it was for her. It was pretty much time for remedial time to reset our bodies and health, destination picked: New Mexico. Pristine Wilderness was then booked promptly. She said to me it was just what she liked and she couldn't be bothered with cooking or eating vegetables. I can't believe it, she's literally 26 and has the diet of an unsupervised 9 year old. I asked her if she didn't realize how bad these were for her and she said she was exercising to keep in shape so it was fine. And she said I didn't see her complaining about how I was eating too much meat for instance. While sort of hot and empty, the campsite was clean and a joy to stay at. Its beautiful and secluded in just the ways youd want. I will be returning again as price was fair and the host Thomas was great

I loved tent camping on Thomas’ land! He was so accommodating and his directions to the land was very helpful! I would one hundred percent stay here again and thank Thomas for providing such an amazing space for me!

Secluded camping 5mi off highway!
We loved staying on Thomas’s land in our camper van. It is off the beaten path and there was no one around. His directions were accurate and we pulled off on the side of the dirt road to camp for the night there were no markers. Beautiful star gazing!
