This Heritage New England Farm Site from the early 1700s was 1 of 12 of the first American settlers in the area!!! The front 65+ Acre has a good mile of Connecticut river frontage where the Vermont line is. There is easy access crossing the covered bridges over to Vermont swimming in the natural lakes is fantastic here. We have world class wildlife and bird viewing on our lakes and ponds which are designated a bird conservation area. Harvests may be taken in the fields though if the owner is first notified. Google the local wildlife in Stratford New Hampshire then you will see. The farm structures are all painted red and we hang the 7 red stripes of the American flag everywhere in remembrance of our fallen WW2 hero’s as well as the many others who gave us such great liberty with their sacrifice!!!! You will notice the local people do not forget!!! Depending on the season you may get the chance to harvest a variety of natural farmed food as well as local forage which includes a variety of local berries, maple syrups, fiddle heads, and much more... I will update you with more as well remember we have everything available at the 4 season farm and fish camp something for every season. Book NOW because they fill up fast. If you have a tent, camper dry camp, need a rental apartment for fantastic introductory rate? Just contact us now and we will get you dialed in!!!

New build rustic cabin, great fire pit. Perfect access point to north country adventures. Toby and family were a pleasure to spend time with.

2 Bedroom in the Farm House
We actually never did. The farm was not what we expected. The host was not available to us ( we came at 3pm-check in was at 2pm) and we did not feel comfortable staying.

Cozy Cabin!
Beautiful, brand new set-up, the cabin was a welcome and dry and cozy retreat after a couple hard days hiking in The Whites! Toby was laid back and inviting, very approachable, he’s always looking for ways to improve. Our kid also had a great time playing with his kids!
