Our Studio Motel units are especially suited for the small family or touring couple or for those who are getting away for a few days. Our studio units contain a small kitchenette, private bathroom plus a TV. All bedding and towels are supplied as well as complementary tea & coffee. Our motel units are situated in a 2 storey building, with four studio motels upstairs and two downstairs. The upstairs motels have a queen bed, single bed and a sofa bed while our downstairs motels have a queen bed, set of bunks and a sofa bed.

Studio Motel
We have previously stayed at other Top10 Holiday Parks around New Zealand, but this was our first stay at the Nelson City park. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. We stayed in a ground floor, self-contained studio unit. The unit was very clean and tidy, and well appointed. The staff were very helpful throughout our 2 night stay. For an inner city holiday park it was very peaceful overnight and we had a great sleep. Well done Nelson Top 10. A great place to stay.

Awesome experience, very kind staff . Made our stay memorable by going extra mile. It was my son’s 11th birthday and they kindly decorated the room on my return to motel after long day travel. Excellent customer service . Better if shared bathrooms can have provision of paper towels .

Kitchen Cabin
Stayed with our family of 6 in a family room. Impeccably clean, helpful staff and a small park and trampoline to keep the wee ones busy. Loved being so close to town and trails for fun dinners and trail runs. We will stay here anytime we are in Nelson.

Man the facilities and service were top notch. Greeted by a lovely women who asked how we were doing where we were going etc. Then went to get a drink from the VENDING machine yessss. Literally nothing negative about toilets and laundry. Toilets and showers were stunning, light up mirrors haur dryers the works and marble like tiles in the shower with two ways of privacy. Best toilets in a holiday park I've ever seen. Laundry was good nothing out of the ordinary. Place was spotless and I saw multiple staff cleaning a fixing areas while I was there. Only got a small cabin and didn't use the kitchen, but I can assume that they are held up to the same standard as other rooms and facilities. Room was nice,very basic but that's what we paid for and Inm very happy. Nice bedding and pillows. Only thing is that it is smaller then other top 10s but they make do with the space very well. Overall a very happy camper! Thanks top 10 nelson.
