Our property sits at the base of the gorgeous Swan Range Mountains in the town of Swan Lake. Population 202. There is a local bar here, a fire station, a gas station, and a lodge. We own 1.5 acres where we have created a semiprivate and intimate four site campground for your enjoyment. The tent sites sit behind the back of the house in the trees. You can see the house from where you're camping but you're tucked into the trees for a semiprivate stay. We live on-site in the main house. Feel free to text us if you need anything. We are located across the highway from Swan Lake. You can access it within a short 10 minute walk to the public access. If you drive, there is a $5 day use fee to park your vehicle. They have a beautiful park with a beach, picnic tables, restrooms, and grills. They also offer kayak, paddle board, and canoe rentals. About a mile from our campground is the Swan River National Wildlife Refuge, with a wildlife and bird observation area. Glacier National Park is about an hour drive. We are 38 miles from Glacier International Airport. We are a 45 minute drive from Kalispell and 18 miles from Bigfork.

Eagle Camp
Great place near Glacier Natl Park
I had one of the most comfortable camping stays at Rebecca’s campsite. The entire atmosphere was so relaxing and the family was so friendly. The campsite is intimate with how it is set up, invoking a truly peaceful feeling. Rebecca told us that the sounds from the nearby highway may be something to consider, but around 10 pm, it all pretty much dissipated and was not a factor. Bonus points though for waking up to a nearby elk bugling in the morning! 😃 We definitely Want to come back soon and highly recommend this place.

Eagle Camp
Close proximity to the lake! Directions on google map take you to the property. There is a sign for campers to park. She provides a cart to pull your stuff on a trail to camp where they are labeled on the trees. You follow the trail sign through the trees to your site. All you need to bring is sleeping bag, pillow, clothes, and food, and few small odds and ends. There you'll have everything you nees weber grill, citronella candle, drinking water, sink, fire pit, grill over the pit, chairs, tent, tent pad. There is a clean pit toilet right by the walking path. There is a trash can and recycling right by camp. Solar lights highlight the pathway at night Host is very nice and accommodating. It's right by the road so you do hear the traffic from highway 83. Only thing I would recommend is to bring a sleeping pad that's comfy for you to put on top of the pad that's provided. I'm used to my comfy backpacking pad and the one provided was a little too hard for me, but if you're used to a hard pad then it will be perfect for you.
