The property was purchased in the Fall of 2020 for us to start our family; thus far we have had a lot of success catching northern pike and walleyes in both Long Lake and N Brown’s Lake. One of the things we love the most is being able to hop in the boat and drive to Cozy Corner’s for a burger, or to Shady’s Long Shots which has nice outdoor seating. Because we are on two lakes, you have the ability to catch both a sunrise and a sunset water view We hope to have running water soon :) Learn more about this land: Primitive camping for tents or RVs on the water with direct lake access to both North Browns Lake (~312 acres) and Long Lake (connected to the Horseshoe Chain). One can launch canoes/kayaks directly from the property or use the public accesses adjacent to the property to launch larger watercraft. Dock available on each lake to tie up your vessel. The campsites are at the back of the property on the Browns Lake side, level and under a canopy of large trees. Each site will have a fire pit (wood available for a small fee) and a portable toilet will be available. In an effort to maintain our neighborly relationships, we will not be permitting pets at this time.
