My Grandfather owned this property for many years.  He dry farmed this land and raised nine children to be hardworking. I visited this property many times to work along side my father and grandfather. I remember horseback riding and building a shed for my grandfathers combine. I recently purchased this property from my grandparents and got to work building my tiny home that my new family lives in. Dry Camp 2
Stunning, peaceful, perfect!
This was a perfect last minute weekend getaway! The views were stunning and the stars were glorious. Everything was so peaceful and perfect. It was a great place to let my dogs hang out-something not as easily done at busy campgrounds. I cannot wait to come back during other seasons! I highly e commend his place for those looking for a quiet, simple, stunning place to camp.

Beautiful!
Cord was quick to assist me when I booked the wrong site. Fast communication and ease of change. The location is beautiful and quiet. This was my first time booking on Hipcamp and I’m happy with the experience. Looking forward to booking Cord’s place in the future. Location was easy to find. My dog and I stayed at site #5.

Dry Camp 2
This was my first time using the HipCamp app...most of my stays during this cross country trip have been through Airbnb. This was such a great start with my HipCamp country! Planning on doing a lot more tent camping the rest of the trip. The stay at Cord's property was incredible. I wish I could have stayed more than the one night. It is by far the most beautiful and private spot I've ever had the honor of camping at. Every direction is jaw dropping views. The sunset was incredible. Very calm and peaceful. I hope to return one day!! Cord was extremely helpful and was flexible on the checkin time, which was most appreciated! All of the sites are beautiful. I stayed at site #2.

Stunning!
We stayed in Camp Site 5. It was beautiful! Flat area that’s totally exposed, no trees. Stunning views of the valley. Quiet, very private, only noise was a few morning roosters and the occasional cow.

Better directions and/or signage to locate the site. Understandably, the host did advise us that it would be difficult to locate after dark but the map along with coordinates did not help in our navigation and we did not stay as planned.

The view, sunset & sunrise and the stars were all fantastic, we actually pitched the tent so we could see the stars! A 20' rpod and tow vehicle were about the limit to get up to the site and turned around.

Dry Camp 6
Not exactly sure what I was expecting, but this place exceeded my expectations. Directions were spot on perfect. I stayed at site 6, the views were beautiful. And while I knew there were houses down below, I couldn’t see them, and it was so quiet and just very amazing. I checked out all of the other sites, they are all great. Site 5 is big with a full panoramic view. I have to admit I peeked in the glamping tent (I didn’t go in!) and wow what an amazing setup. Highly recommended and I would definitely return here.

Beautiful sunset viewing!
This split was perfect for our trek up to Montana. The location was easy too find and the views were gorgeous. Watching the sunset while setting up camp was magical. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time and will be coming back! It’s a beautiful area that offers nice privacy. There isn’t any natural shade, there are plenty of grasshoppers and some tall grass beyond the immediate campsite—but know that going in, and you’ll have a fantastic time.

We enjoyed tent camping up on the mountain top! The tall grass was nicely cut to allow safe paths for walking, a flat space to set up our tent, cook, and have a fire (if wanted). Cord’s directions were very clear, although we think we ventured into camp from the back way, something to be mindful of, however the signs were visible and instructions clear. We enjoyed the late summer sunlight, star gazing, and the hot summer sun in the am. It was quiet and peaceful!

Perfect outdoor getaway(cats incl.)
Views were immaculate, a truly perfect place to get away to the outdoors. Host was kind and communication was clear and helpful. Quiet not crowded. I feel like its my own “secret spot” now haha. Wonderful bird watching. Brought my two cats and they loved the grass and sun bathing. 10/10

We stayed in Site 5 and it was awesome. We didn’t hear another soul, besides the cows on the other mountain. If you aren’t afraid of grasshoppers — there are a lot — definitely go with this spot.

Beautiful
Sleep on a hillside adjacent to cows roaming the mountain. There is a fireplace for you and you have a 360 degree view of mountains as you sleep on your grass patch! Great place to stay.

Camping with 2 dogs and a tent
This was an awesome campsite to get away to! We didn’t have any shared space with other guests being at Campsite 6. We highly recommend if you have dogs as there is ample space away from the other campsites so they can run around! The view at sunset is gorgeous!

So so beautiful!
This is hands down the most beautiful place I've camped. The views were unmatched and it was pretty easy to find. My only "complaint" is that the camping spots are pretty grown up. Grass/weeds up to your knees. We're cross country traveling with a 4 year old, 1 year old and a puppy. So the grass added to the chaos but it was so beautiful that it made up for the inconvenience.

What a beautiful, natural spot. If you’re looking for full nature immersion, this grassy hillside spot is it! Toilet is basic but still nice to have, and I loved having the hammock posts to use. Loved it!!

High grass
The host didn’t brother do now the 7 inch glass in the spots. We mentioned it and he said he cows usually eat it down. How we. He had seen the site that day and updated me about something else. We could stay here- there was also no level ground for a tent. We got an air bnb and no refund was offered.
