We are so happy we found Sherry’s place through hipcamp. It was a beautiful place to stay with plenty of room between campers. They gave us access to their greenhouses and animals. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. We came for the trailing of the sheep festival nearby and didn’t have to pay the $300-$500 per night for a hotel room. Definitely telling all my friends about this beautiful camping option

Camping under the stars
The best experience! Their land is absolutely breath taking. The sky was clear and you could see so many stars! The hosts were very accommodating. We were able to walk the property and check out the greenhouses and animals. We camped here with our two young kids and they had a blast. We’ll definitely be back!

What a idyllic, lovely place. The grounds and greenhouse are so well kept and the host and farm workers are friendly and sweet. We loved chatting with everyone, exploring the grounds, collecting fresh produce from the greenhouse and playing with the dogs. It's close to craters of the moon, which is absolutely worth a trip for it's outerworldly weirdness.

Gorgeous sunset and sunrise! Sherry, the host, welcomed me upon arrival and offered me some of the last of the season’s greens. I wish I had reread the write up and known there was a fire pit. It was very chilly once the sun went down, but there is always the next time.

Lovely space and even more wonderful hosts! I was the only camper in the Aspen area so I had the prime pick of the spots with shade, a picnic table and a grill. Everybody I interacted with was welcoming and gracious. I loved the fresh vegetables from the greenhouse and the eggs from the chickens to make a delicious breakfast. I would come here again!

More for RV’ers than Tent Camping
We were so lucky to experience the migration of Sandhill Cranes while we were staying at Kraay’s. The fields all around and the sky at dawn and dusk were full of birds. Really incredible sight to behold. The site seems best suited to RV’ers rather than tent campers. There is a big open space , water and a very clean portable loo. We felt a little exposed in our tent, not much shade from the sun or shelter from the wind, but the two other groups in RV’s seemed really well situated and happy. There are amazing greenhouses full of veggies and herbs. Very inspiring.

Sherry and Larry were extremely accommodating during our stay! We loved the farm, greenhouses, and expansive views. Would definitely stay again!
The sites are within a fenced grass area on the farm, with various areas for different camp groups. It’s not the most private but there’s lots of space to spread out and the other campers were quiet and respectful. Was lovely!

Overnighter with two dogs
It was a little confusing upon arriving, as Andy (staff) greeted us but was unaware we had signed up. I had left a reply text message indicating our ETA, but after Andy allowed us to park and get set up, Jules (staff) eventually arrived for our formal greeting, apologetically explained our text message was not seen due to her being in the shower. Overall we had a relaxing and quiet night's stay. The walks we took with our dogs were pleasant around the perimeter of the property. We considered staying an additional day, though made the decision to take off. Factors in favor of staying an extra day: if there were an additional fire pit available (the only fire pit available was taken by the group who arrived shortly before we arrived); if more than one spot (again taken by the party who showed up prior to us) that was ideal, equipped with a picnic table, the only fire pit, and adequate shade from the evening sun. We appreciated the available Honeybucket toilet, but it hadn't been serviced in over 3 weeks, per the service record therein. We also appreciated access to greenhouse vegetables! When in central Idaho again, we will certainly attempt another stay.

What a stunning property! I arrived fairly late, just in time for sunset, and was treated to a gorgeous view.The property was well-mainted and completely serene - just what I was looking for after a long day of driving. I didn't get the chance to meet Sherry and Larry, or do much exploration of the property (arrived late and left very early), which was a disappointment, but all the more reason to return :-) Thank you!

Fun experience for kids and pup
We loved staying at Winsome Willows, we had a fun farm tour and our boy got to help Sherry around the farm for a bit.
We enjoyed petting and feeding the animals and grateful to be able to purchase some fresh eggs and pick some vegetables we needed for the day.
Highly recommend this site for a night or two.

Peaceful farm paradise
This was heavenly. We picked a spot in the middle of some aspen trees and loved the peace & quiet. There is a big fenced in field where I’m sure at least another 4-5 campers/vans/rvs, etc could stay. Only one other camper was here when we were. Felt like a peaceful paradise. The farm animals were an added bonus, along with the green houses. Hardly any bugs at all and lots of beautiful birds singing including mackerels.

Unique farm camping
We loved the unique farm experience with all the animals you could interact with as well as the beautiful gardens and pastures on the property. There was plenty of room to spread out and feel like you had the place to yourself.

Idaho at it's best!
This was the most beautiful place to camp! 360 degree views of beautiful Idaho farmland and the mountains beyond. The site we selected had trees and a picnic table. It was clean, the access to water was easy and our entire stay was peaceful. Sherry is super responsive.
The greenhouses and resident cat were very calming after an exhausting day of driving. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Larry and Sherry's farm. They are a delightful couple that made us feel welcomed and at home. It was a a much-needed respite after several days on the road without water and electric. We stocked up our freezer with salmon and our fridge with fresh veggies. Even dog treats for dogs!
