It is 20.54 acres peacefully located between big land owners on each side, and a creek that runs through the middle that separates north from south pieces. Our trails are groomed and some just deer worn. We have one camp site that is rural and rustic. There is a bucket for the restroom and antique, old white kitchen sink for hand washing just outside it. There is no running water yet, but working on getting a water reservoir out there asap. No electricity yet a single power cord could be run for extra $10.00 for your visit. There is a fire pit close to the tent spot on, “Skip’s Campsite”. Another camp site” Aqua-Fine-A” that has a walk in creek access, and you have to cross the creek to get to that one. It is farther away from “Skip’s bathroom access. It has a more established flag stone fire pit. It is our original primitive sight. There is no water reservoir or possibility of electricity at “Aqua-Fine-A” campsite. Everything must be packed in and out on foot. Both sights require a hike to campsites on foot with uneven rooted trails. {You are welcome to use our well loved red wheelbarrow to haul items in}. There is access to a bigger fire pit “M & M fire pit”, and a propane grill option (this is first come first serve/sharing spot). More campsites developing over time and there is a massage practitioner on site if you are looking for the whole experience (29 years experience in healing modalities and shamanic blood line). If you are looking to experience nature cabin style then, “The Minor Escape” is for you. This has a full refrigerator, full stand up filtered water shower, kitchen sink, separate master, two bedroom lofts with ladder access, kitchen sink, ceiling fans, window a/c units for summer and space heaters for winter (Eden pure heater that shows fireplace flames). Our family loves this land and there is always new areas being cultivated in various spots. You will see us out there either with our hobby farm of animals, gardening or building a new area. I am a teacher, guide, artist, and healer. This land is sacred and magical. It is used to heal, restore, inspire and rejuvenate many locally and internationally.

Pitch your tent on flat ground. Number 1 is: “Skip The Looooo Campsite” this one has a bucket with toilet lid for restroom. An antique white kitchen sink for handwashing. There is a creek side view, 200 pound marble stone for reflection with fairy garden, a hammock, small deck, swing, two metal chairs and fire pit area. Water reservoir on site to use. Not filtered just city water. Shower area with temperature from hose setting. No hot water. Unless you bring a shower bag to heat it on your own. Must be walked to on foot. Parking is a 1/4 mile away from campsite. You will be portaging all items in. Trash can provided. A well loved, red wheelbarrow can be borrowed to transfer things to and from campsites. All groomed trails are on north side of land and all deer worn trails on south side of creek. It is very raw land and hiking boots are suggested.

The Sanctuary

Circa 2016. Our family purchased the land and started by camping at this site. Creek side entering, hiking all around. The creek runs through the basic middle of the land. The Sanctuary comes with yoga dock area near it. Portable toilet. It only collects the bodily waste, and will need to be removed at end of visit or daily by maintenance. Perfect fire pit and flat spot for a tent.

Glam Camping in a tiny house (432 square feet) and Love shack (120 square feet) {these two structures are connected via a sunway/breezeway area with hydratherapy whirl bathtub. The kitchen is basic pizza/toaster oven toaster, one hot plate, dishes and full sized refrigerator. Two Lofts areas that hold a twin foam mattress on one side and other side of the loft is a rug that sleeping bags can be used. Bring your own sleeping bags. The bed in the love shack is a queen, and all beddings and towels provided. This Tiny house blossoms in many ways after we get the honor of renting it out. All proceeds go into adding to this site. We have a cat sanctuary on site. Hiking for 20.54 acres, a creek that runs through middle of prorperty, on sight Sacred Labyrinth. My add on to make your visit even better. cooked food options and even massage therapy modalities available. Once booked, massage must see if available on the dates you choose.

Amber and Jason are excellent hosts. Amber paid so much attention to even small details. We had a wonderful time at the property. Plus if you like cats, this is a place for you.

We loved getting greeted by the cats as soon as we parked! We were impressed by the thoughtful details in the cabin, both the whimsical decorations and practical items. Great communication and easy check in/out. Would recommend to everyone!

Peaceful getaway!
The Minor Escape Cabin
I stayed in the Minor Cabin, and I really can't say enough good things about it! It's located in a beautiful area, with lots of woods to explore! The cabin is furnished with everything you could want, there is even a cute kitchen when you can prepare a meal. The cabin is very spacious, extremely clean, and oh so comfortable!! The cats on property are so cute, and some even come to say hello! The bed is very comfortable, the tub is amazing, they have a nice selection of DVDs, the porch areas are so lovely! You look right into the forest from the porch! This place is so extremely peaceful! I can't wait to come back!

The Minor Escape Cabin
It was an excellent glamping experience. The cabin contains almost anything you could need. Amber Lee and Jason were excellent hosts. The cabin is perfect for anyone desiring a secluded get-away. It would make an excellent location for a romantic get-away for a couple.

We had a great time at this property! We didn't leave time in our trip to explore their land, but the cabin was well kept and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
