Welcome to a sweet and soulful little piece of Old Florida. Escape to the soulful space and be sure to bring your riding boots and bathing suit.  Tucked in on 4.5 acres, this spot is a secluded, enchanting piece of old Florida. Pitch a tent in one of our four designated camping sites and post set up, take a swim in the pond. Wet a line and see if you can pull in our trophy bass, "Pub Sub," or relax on the embankment.   Check out what's growing in the seasonal garden and if you’d like to to visit our horses, cows, KuneKune pigs, and local mascot, Nacho the Donkey, please book a private tour with us! Florida's gem-colored, healing spring waters are just a 20 minutes up the way and local retreat centers and yoga studios dot the area. Gator fans? Head into Gainesville for a game and to visit the University of Florida.  Mostly, enjoy. We look forward to hosting you!

The Owl Burrow
Allie was such a welcoming host, the utilities were well kept, and the site itself was beautiful!

The Owl Burrow
wonderful
Completely enjoyed our stage in every regard. Ginnie springs was completely overbooked for the labor day weekend whilst my group had reserved this quirky, calm spot at the owl burrow. The camp grounds have plenty of space, a beautiful pond with flowering lilies(?), a bench area for hanging out, a cute vegetable garden, and an awesome*** bathroom with advanced waste disposal (dry chippings that cover solid waste). I work in water treatment so it was endearing and inspiring to see a campground so conscientious about water use and contaminant prevention. Thank you again, had a beautiful time.

The Blue Heron — Camper/RV Hookups
Peaceful Property
This property was even prettier in person! There is so much to do on the property if that is what you prefer or the springs, and Gainesville are close. 10/10 recommend, wish we didn’t have to leave! Warning, once you visit you won’t want to leave especially once you meet the animals. So make sure to do the farm tour.

Gorgeous Little A-Frame!
10/10 would recommend especially in the cooler months. The whole property is a very peaceful place but that view of the pond is 🔥. Make sure to do the farm tour it was better than I could even have expected.

Hipcamp at it's best
Wow! Beautiful rv site by the pond with water and 50amp hookups. Peaceful serene central Florida. Allie and Tim are great hosts with top notch directions and communication. Don't miss the yummy eggs.

Bragging Eagle
Fantastic stay! The campsites themselves are wonderful. There is open area or an area tucked in to the woods and shaded. Water available with a sink and even an outdoor shower! The compost toilet is super nice and even cute! It’s all very well appointed. And the farm visit was absolutely wonderful. Our girls loved it (and so did I!). Allie takes time to show you all the animals and let you interact with them. We will definitely stay here again if we’re up this way!
