Chris was an absolute gem, and so is the property. I was able to pull straight into his driveway since I wasn't planning to unhook, and it was an easy back-out when I left. This site is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and I took advantage of the nature preserve just down the street for noon-time walks. As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe at the property and in the neighborhood.
Chris reached out the morning of my planned arrival to clarify my ETA and establish a line of communication. He came out to greet me when I arrived, made sure I had everything I needed and showed me where the hookups were, etc. Other than that he left me to my own devices and encouraged me to message him with any questions or needs. Very helpful and caring guy.
Here's where Chris went from a great host to an exceptional one: not only did he give me permission to have an order shipped to his house, but when there was a huge mix-up, he took receipt of the package (which arrived after I had left) and made sure it was safe until UPS came to pick it up. It was an extra hassle for him and he was super cool about it. 10/10 would recommend.

Very quiet little corner away from the congestion of Tampa and Clearwater yet close enough to visit. A nature preserve is very close for walking.

This was my first time using Hipcamp, and Chris made it fabulous! He was great about communicating when I asked questions prior to arriving, and he was there to greet me & guide me back in. The gravel pad was perfect size for my travel trailer, and the Moore Manor property is marvelous! VERY quiet, safe neighborhood, yet close to everything - I went in & out of Tampa for 2 days. I will definitely stay eith Chris again! A wonderful first Hipcamp experience. ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

We were greeted kindly when we arrived and had no issues for a couple night stay. The owner gratefully shared a 30/50Watt adapter for the hookup and the park down the street is an awesome bonus. Very convenient for Busch Gardens

Very nice area but the parking spot was a little cramped also half buried tree root right in front of my steps. Nature reserve very close and nice walking trail.

Chris was prompt n friendly responding to messages. Met me within five minutes of my arrival call n directed me while backing single axle teardrop trailer so power cord reached utility plug in.
The site was average side yard with garage view. They gave me prime use of their driveway for four night stay. Its located in a nice suburban neighborhood with immense lush live oaks n surprising wildlife.

Definitely would recommend staying here. We were only there for the night but Chris was very nice to show us where to set up. It's a very nice area and we were able to ride bikes in the neighborhood. We also saw amama racoon with her babies sneak by while we were getting ready for bed.

Chris' campsite was perfect for what we needed. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Chris was super helpful when we had trouble connecting to the electric hookup. We were visiting our son during the days, but were there for 3 nights. I would recommend Chris' place if you're wanting to be close to Tampa, but away from all the hustle and bustle.

Chris met us while we hooked up to his 50 amp. We only stayed over night so we didn't utilize his fire pit etc. easy backup with large camper F250.

Very level site…an easy back-in. They were very sweet greeting couple who shared their side/backyard. Water and 50 amp hookup which we reduced with our 50/30 amp conversion plug. It is a 20-45 minutes to “Downtown”. We don’t have much tolerance for Interstate Crawl during traffic hours-so we always ventured off highways and found Ybor City along our route. Busch Gardens are within their area. I think it is well worth being on the outskirts as it is very affordable for its location. It was an easy arrival with good communication and easy departure.

Beautiful spot in a quiet neighborhood. The nature preserve trail at the end of the block was a great place to walk the dogs, who were going a little stir crazy after three days of travel. We will be back.

Nothing fancy but level spot, under a beautiful tree, nice folks, and a great location in the north Tampa area. If you just need a spot to crash while seeing the sights, this is perfect. Bring an electric cord extension.

Chris’ property was perfect for our 3-night stay. His street and property is very quiet and beautiful with all the trees. We had no problem backing our 30-foot travel trailer up his driveway and into the backyard. Access to water and 30 amp electric was great—you may need extra extension to reach the electric hook up (we did). No issue with cell service and felt safe walking our dog along the street. Thank you for a lovely stay!
