The property is a little less than 1/4 Acre not 1 Acre This unique property is situated along the picturesque Weeki Wachee River, providing direct access to an enchanting river that is fed from a first magnitude spring, the largest in North America, river anlso has direct access to the Gulf of America. Located just north of Tampa and south of Crystal River, the property offers an exceptional blend of tranquility and adventure, perfect for nature lovers and water enthusiasts. Location Highlights Property comes with 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and one child kayak. This was our second stay here in 2 weeks! We booked for July 4th weekend and it did not disappoint! Best fireworks I’ve ever watched and best part was we could watch right from the dock! This will continue to be our go to site when in the area.

Beautiful! What a great spot! The host was quick and friendly in his responses and the site was everything as promised. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, watching the river and kayaking. Even saw a mommy and baby manatee on one of our kayaking trips. We will be back and will stay longer.

private,friendly neighbors, convenient for our stay the side has everything an RV needs to function water electric and sewage plenty of room for parking nice sitting out on the dog enjoying a nice breezy evening and having a cold one, we noticed a boat there we would've rented it if we known it was for rent.

We loved camping on the river , great spot , nice and peaceful, having 2 docks was great , the tiki dock was perfect to sit amd relax an enjoy the beautiful view. We will def rent again in the future ( I foresee us camping there alot )

We loved our time at the Hippie Mermaid. The hosts were super responsive and the site was perfect. Our son loved the kayaks and having the docks to fish from. Very close (maybe 10 minute drive) to Weeki Wachee. We'd definitely return.

My daughters had a great time with the paddle boards and kayaks. It was a comfortable site for the RV. And the location was great as it was near everything needed. Will definitely be back a few more times as the river is so clear and so close to Roger’s park etc..

Wow!!!! What a find! This place was a campers paradise! Everything was amazing! Perfect dock and cabana to relax on; with perfect views! The place is on a city street but felt very private. Backing in our 35 ft TT was a breeze. The Neighbor's were very pleasant also. The location is close enough to anything you may need out of Spring Hill. Kayaking up Weeki Wachee was super fun and it was easy to launch the kayaks and paddle boards right from the dock! We had so much fun even our TEENAGERS wanted to extend our stay another night! 😁

We had an amazing time at hippie mermaid! Loved walking the area, kayaking (we saw many manatees). Very quiet, relaxing spot with many nearby things to enjoy! I definitely would return!

We had an amazing time at hippie mermaid!! Lawrence has kayaks, paddleboards and a beautiful spot on the canal!! We saw mantatees on almost every paddle! Very peaceful neighborhood with great neighbors! We stayed just shy of 2 weeks! Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!! Dave n Karen from Ohio!

We loved it. Close walk to the boat ramp. We docked our pontoon, at thier floating dock. Plenty of room to park and the yard, and tiki hut on the water.

We booked last minute to escape an ice storm at home. The Hippie Mermaid was amazing. Everything I had hoped for and MORE! I can't wait to come back and see hownit evolves. Larry is an excellent host, thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!
