Our land is a small part of a larger ranch that was subdivided in 1988 called the North Fork Ranch. This was an old ranch with lots of history plus lots of history in the surrounding area. We have owned the property since 1992 and have enjoyed lots of summers with family and friends.

Beautiful Colorado High Country
Incredible Hosts and Great Location
Steve and Bobbie were incredible hosts and their property sits in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. They both welcomed us to their property upon arrival and were always there with an answer to any question we had. In addition Steve gave detailed information about local fly fishing opportunities which turned out to put us in the right place at the right time. Truly invaluable. We will absolutely be back again very soon.

Beautiful Colorado Cabins
Like coming home!
We were very nervous at first. Me and my sister were very concerned about silly things like them being on drugs or spy cams in the cabin.... we talked about what if the only review on here was faked and there werent others because no one survives hahahha.... but when we arrived and met Bobbie and Steve we were instantly relieved of alot of our fears! Then we see the cabins! Oh the cabins!!! I cannot express how amazingly cute they were done up! The bed was extremely nice for the price! One cabin seemed slightly bigger... to which i got that one! It had a mini fridge in it, which was perfect for a few beers! The bathroom.... lets talk about the dirty! Being that the property is very "cheap" in price they have some requests. What is brought in please bring out. Try and conserve water and electric. I had figured the sacrifices being made an outhouse and camp style shower. Wow did they make the thing mom always told me about assuming true! Spacious and beautiful bathroom made you forget you had to treck outside to get there! Phenomenal water pressure and great heat! They were even thoughtful enough to leave shampoos and things for those who needed! The view of the night sky so crystal clear and clean from light polution makes it great for getting lost in the univers! Bring a telescope and be awestruck! You probably wont have service out here. Your looking at an hour drive of beautiful scenery if you need a walmart or some amazing food (Habaneros in trinidad)... if you try and leave and you take wrong turn, do not despair because your now on an adventure ripe with hidden treasure introsprctive views and the most helpful friendly locals! If your coming for the hubub of the city you may be in the wrong place though as denver is about 4 hours or so, we got up at 5 one morning and left driving the cordova pass we were lost in the mountains for seemingly ever! Give it a go and get lost in Colorful Colorado! Just remember try not to litter and put your blunts joints and cigarettes out responsibly as the plethora of pine needles littering the ground make great kindling and fires grow rapidly out of control! If you have any questions about things to do or places to see Steve and Bobbie are great people to ask! Peace, love, and harmony!

Beautiful Colorado Cabins
Best night sleep!
Another AMAZING weekend in the Villa and this place just doesn't disappoint! Steve and Bobbi and two of the kindest and most hospitable people you could ever hope to meet and there is plenty of room to be as social our as isolated as you choose. The kitchen is perfect and the stars are spectacular. The cabin has the most comfortable need and beings the idea of glamping to a new level. You are crazy is you don't book this place!

A piece of mountain paradise!
Steve and Bobbi are the most genuine, kind, and incredibly hospitable hosts! They have really clear directions as well service can be a little spotty and you have the option to be as secluded as you would like to be. The kitchen was an incredibly perk and made camping into glamping. Both Steve and Bobbi have this infectious smile and personality and know their property and area really well. There is endless opportunity to hike, climb, and explore in the area and there are really some spectacular views to be found. They have a little piece of paradise and I'm just so thankful they decided to share it! I upgraded to the cabin for a night and let me tell you, MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER! You can't go wrong with this place so get out there and enjoy it!
