Learn more about this land: Coppercreek Camp is your mountain escape with fresh mountain air and dark night skies perfect for star gazing. Come stay in a bunk cabin alone or with friends and family and enjoy endless miles of hiking, biking, and riding trails. Coppercreek Camp is located in Plumas County 10 minutes from Lake Almanor, the Feather River, and Round Valley Lake. We are an hour from Lassen National Park.  Please note: The Dixie fire burned our town of Greenville and through our property in August 2021. There is ongoing repair work in the local area, limited services, a lot of burned forest, but still many beautiful sites to see. Much of our property burned, but we still have a little slice of green heaven.  Picnic by our ponds, play in our sandpit volleyball court, relax in a hammock, watch your kids put on a show at our amphitheater, and watch the sunset over Keddie Peak. The frogs and crickets will sing you to sleep. Our bunk cabins are rustic with electricity, screen windows and doors, and each cabin fits up to 6 guests in twin sized bunk beds. Please bring all of your own bedding and sleeping bags. May through October there is a bath and shower house with hot water and flush toilets. Cook dinner in our BBQ area and make use of the covered dining area. Propane fire pits are available for use. The winters are cold and snowy, spring and fall are ideal with warm sunny days and cool, crisp nights, and the summer has warm evenings and hot days. There is plenty of shade with large pine, cedar and oak trees and plenty of open sunny space in the meadow. Coppercreek Camp is your perfect mountain getaway for the whole family!

Very friendly host. Good accommodations the hot shower was appreciated. Lots of very friendly dogs around the property, none of them ever barked but they did let us pet them. Excellent experience!

Camping and horseback riding!
It was really special to visit after coming here as a kid in the 90s. My kids loved taking horseback riding lessons with Sutter.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! Only heard the sounds of nature and the wind in the trees. The pond was like a nature documentary with ducks & ducklings, deer & fawns, and bull frogs adding to the experience. Was hot and fortunately there were options to be more shaded as the temps were above 100 for my stay. Looking forward to my next trip here!

Awesome host. Everything you would expect and more from a summer camp venue. Very rustic and primitive without the crowds and noise that comes along with campgrounds.

Peaceful and quite.
It was great. No one bothered us; we never saw the host. It was quite except for a couple freight trains blowing their horns in the distance.

It was so quite and beautiful by the pond! It was a warm summer evening, but truly lovely to watch the sun go down. Everything was so clear and helpful when I arrived to camp as well!

This was a great place, a lot of space including pond, meadow and forest, completely private - nice view of the hills nearby. We definitely will come back!

Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset
The view of the mountains, sunset and sunrise were incredible. The space was secluded on the property and allowed for quiet walks. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
