We had an amazing time staying at Osman’s ranch. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a camping getaway. The A-frame setup made the experience feel unique while still being comfortable and well thought out.
Osman was super professional and an amazing host from start to finish. He was responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth for our group. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great experience for his guests.
The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Being able to have campfires and bring pets made it even better. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with friends.
Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable outdoor stay.

Location was very private. A-frame stayed pretty warm. Bed was comfortable. Some stores located within 15 minutes to grab anything you need or may have forgotten.

We loved it! Our kids had a great time and we did too.
I would recommend checking that you are in the right street to get there because Google Maps sent us to the wrong way but the people from the camping site went above and beyond to help us!

Star ranch is a beautiful secluded property that had plenty of room for our dog to roam off leash. The stars at night were beautiful, and the A frame and kitchen area were very comfortable.
The flush toilet and shower were extremely nice touches, and the shower got very hot and had great water pressure.
We only occasionally heard road noise, and the property felt truly private. We will definitely be back in the future

This was such a great setup! We do not go camping often, so I wanted to book a spot that was between camping and “glamping”. This was that perfect inbetween! It does get pretty cold at night during the fall/winter, so make sure to pack plenty of extra layers and blankets. The campsite was very well taken care of, and there weren’t even any bugs inside the A frames. He even included a propane tank, which was great since we forgot to bring one! We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for camping near LA

Had a great time staying here with my family! Everything was so clean , there was cell service so that was nice ! Also some things to note there is a cooking area just no fridge so bring ice and a cooler! No water heater so the shower was cold but felt nice!!! There is a working toilet on site so that was amazing! Two A frames one with a king size bed which was very comfortable it can get windy throughout the day and night but honestly wasn’t a big deal. There’s a port to charge things and some night lights
We brought a portable dvd player so once it got dark we were inside the A frame

The site is so great to go camping with a group. Some of us actually used our own tents, some who couldn’t handle the cold used the a-frames that are available. It was a nice little getaway from the cities and all the noise. The stars are sooo pretty at night. I brought my dogs and it was great, I didn’t have to worry about them at all, granted they are trained. They were wandering around and the site is far away from at street, that I let them do their own thing. The girls liked it so much, one of them is coming back with her family to enjoy the sight again.

Osman and his family have created such an inviting and comfortable environment. A labor of love you can appreciate. The communication and attention on their end was fantastic. We got our car stuck in the sand and Osmans dad saved us by getting us out! (He made magic happen) One of the A frames is shorter and smaller so WATCH YOUR HEAD. Its still very comfortable and cute
They provide fans and lanters per A frame.
THE BED IN BIG A FRAME IS SO VERY COMFORTABLE. A battery powers a small charging station inside as well
The kitchen and firepit area were niceley spaced and very comfortable to cook and work with. Everything was clean and well kept. They have a pool as well but we used it as extra table space. Shower is best during peak heat hours (after 12 pm)
WIND is inevitable in the desert so youll have to take that up with god and be prepared for wind and nature. Wind does help with heat so i was grateful for it
We saw two shooting stars our first night there.
You have your own private walking trail and youve got the place to yourself. 10 acres(:

The heat is no joke in the summer but we did keep cool but dipping our feet into the pool and taking an outdoor shower. Once the sunsetted and the temperature cooled down we cooked and made a fire in the pit and watched the full moon rising over the east mountains. We brought binoculars so it was a gorgeous sight to see. We also spontaneously caught a shooting star in the sky!! Everything was very comfortable and stocked. We loved the cabin structure too, very unique. Overall it was a great experience and is a pleasant place to stay.

This is a really cool site with great amenities. I usually camp very nomadically and this was a very nice change of scenery! I tent camped but will be bringing the family back because the triangle lodging would be perfect for them. The bathroom is clean and very functional and was impressed with the shower set up.
I also liked the common area and cooking areas. Really great for windy environments with good shade. Lots of great aspects to this site and hope to bring the family during the winter time! Thanks for the great camp!

The campsite was really nicely built! I appreciate the amenities that are offered. I did not have a plan to use the A frame although it was part of the whole camp fee, however, being unfamiliar with the desert winds, it came in clutch! The desert weather was no joke, so the amenities and lodging definitely made it worth while! The bathroom is also super nice for a camp out in the desert. Thanks for having us, Osman!

The property is large and feels like we have the whole place to ourselves. It's quiet minus a few cars that drive by from time to time. There's 2 x A frame cabins, a king sized bed in the large cabin, 2 x cots in the smaller cabin. The smaller cabin doorway is low to where I would hit my head everytime I would leave by for kids, it should be fine. This is an off that grid set up with solar lights and a pretty nice bathroom set up. My only issue was the wind/sandstorm in the afternoons that prevented us from eating outside. We had to sit inside the larger cabin to eat. Not sure if the sandstorm is a regular occurrence or occasional so check the weather before you head there. Overall, it's a quaint and rustic set up.

This site was awesome. Has everything you would need to be comfortable. It’s not too far from stores if you need to make a quick run, but the site itself feels very private. Dogs were off leash the entire time and had a blast. It’s not fenced but it’s a good distance from the main road so we weren’t worried about the dogs wandering about. Osman was a terrific host and was super responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place especially if you have hesitations with local dog parks like I do!

Such a lovely spot. Rustic meets comfort. Everything has been subtlety thought into detail. It is very welcoming and a cozy nature experience. 5min to the mini town near by, where I definitely recommend the breakfast at the Salvadoran restaurant. Definitely a very good hipcamp spot, and definitely will go back. It’s also very private, we had the dogs off leash the whole time (it is not fence so make sure your dogs are trained to follow that part). Surrounded by beautiful hikes at a pretty short drive. Anyways super positive experience. Also Osman and his dad are very nice hosts, good vibe, very communicative and non invasive. Thank you and see you soon!

The host is incredibly responsive and friendly, and he did a great job of accommodating our needs and schedule changes. The site is wonderful for camping and is quite secluded. We brought our small 14 foot teardrop trailer and had a peaceful evening. The outdoor sink, toilet and hot water on demand shower works perfectly, and the A-frame cabins are nice shelters. We did not sleep in them, but the big one looked well appointed. The outdoor kitchen has great cover from the wind and there is a very nice picnic table for dining. We would definitely stay here again!

Super cool secluded spot with a unique A frame with comfortable bedding. There is a super clean restroom available with a full flush system, trash cans and solar lights. It got windy but it was super quiet inside the A frame. The host Osman was also super responsive and very welcoming. Great stay.
