Three rivers, California is more of a small village than a town; where both the longtime and new residents are friendly and welcoming. Because 3R is the lower gateway of the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National parks, it gets enough tourist traffic to support some unique little restaurants and shops! Our hillside property has great mountain views on 2.25 serene stepped acres. Our driveway turns directly off of Sierra drive, four miles past the town center (3R post office) and just 2 miles from the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks entrance - so it's really easy to find! Five Fours Camps are up a private driveway, leaving the roadway below. You can't see it; but you can still hear the tranqual sound of the Kaweah River flowing across the street. Sorry, there is NO river access from these campsites. I know! We were heartbroken too when we found out we couldn't just cross the street and swim! You CAN go to Slick Rock and swim, boat, fish and more - about 8 miles away. My wife Elizabeth and I bought our log home in 2015 and we have been dreaming and building here ever since! Our beloved dog Ruby was rescued shortly after we bought, and our boy Chance was rescued more recently. They both have been chasing the deer off of our property ever since! We can still occasionally spot them crossing our upper hillside while they nap! In addition to deer, we have seen fox, bob cats, an Ocelot, too many coyotes, turkeys and bear crossing an animal highway along our upper property line. Hawks, hummingbirds, quail, blue birds and woodpeckers are regularly seen here all over as well! We love our mountain views and look forward to sharing them with you!

Five Fours Camp
Brewster is an incredible host and the campsite is absolutely amazing. This is well worth a stay and just a stone's throw away from the national park and the great amenities of Three Rivers.

Five Fours Camp
We loved staying at Brewster’s camp! There were great views of the mountains and we had such a pleasant experience camping there. Brewster, his wife, and three dogs were the best hosts! The outdoor shower had an awesome view and was pretty cold but all part of the experience. He even pointed out a bear his dogs scared up a tree which was a highlight of our trip! Very close to the entrance to sequoia national park so definitely worth staying at his land if you’re planning a trip!

Five Fours Camp
Brewster and Elizabeth were excellent hosts. They were very attentive and explained everything very thoroughly. Their space was beautiful and perfect for my truck with a RTT. Everything was extremely clean and well-thought out. I would highly recommend staying here! It’s very close to Sequoia NP as well and made for the perfect base camp. Thank you again!

Awesome spot!!
We loved camping at Brewster’s! He, his wife, and his pups were very hospitable. The space was great (and nice and flat for our tent), the grills were easy to use (we didn’t even bother with our camp stove) and the location was perfect for getting into Sequoia National Park. Also, the flushing toilet was a solid bonus!
