This camp is your own private, secluded 6-acre getaway on the Little Susitna River, featuring over 800 feet of river frontage. Pull in, shut and lock the gate, and enjoy a peaceful slice of Alaskan paradise all to yourself—no neighbors, just pure privacy and nature. Amenities include: • Fire pit with firewood shed - firewood included. Fires are restricted during burn bans. • Covered gazebo with kitchen area Small power bank with solar for small electronics • Tables, benches, and a kitchen table • Private portable outhouse plus our off the grid style camp outhouse for a total of 2 outhouses onsite. Serviced regularly — bring your own toilet paper just in case. • Private boat launch • ATV/walking trails throughout the property (Please don't ride off trail. This is for cruising around only and not meant to be ridden hard and torn up.) • Horseshoe pit • Plenty of parking and camping areas for tents, RVs, or trailers Booking includes up to 4 guests, with the option to add up to 20 guests more for a total group size of 24 people. Good to Know: You may occasionally see floaters passing by on the Little Su — it’s a popular float route. If you're planning to float yourself, you can drop off an extra vehicle at the Parks Highway bridge where it crosses the Little Susitna River near the confluence. Nearby Lakes - • Bear Paw Lake (1 mile away) is non-motorized and perfect for paddle boards, kayaks, or relaxing on a raft. • Prator Lake (2 miles away) is motorized and great for smaller boats or jet skis. Please Note: There are no trash cans on site—please pack out everything you bring in and leave the space clean for the next guest to enjoy. 🐾 Pet Policy Dogs are welcome, but please clean up after your pets and pack out their waste. Help us keep Camp DeVo clean, safe, and enjoyable for the next guests.The goal of Camp DeVo is to give guests the chance to experience Alaska without camping next to strangers—or neighbors of any kind. With your booking, you get exclusive access to all 6 secluded acres — no shared spaces, no interruptions. Camp however you like: • Bring your RV, camper, or pitch a tent • Plenty of room for multiple tents • Parking for up to 15 vehicles (please park only on dirt driveway/pad areas) • Space for a couple of 40’ RVs — turning around may be tight, but backing out is easy Overnight Guests- Your booking includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests: $20 per Adult/Child per night (up to 24 total). Kids under 2 are free. Events & Gatherings- Camp DeVo is not an event venue and does not host weddings, parties, or organized gatherings. That said, guests are welcome to quietly celebrate personal occasions (such as birthdays or family time) within the property’s guest limits. All people on site — including day visitors — must be registered and count toward the total guest count. Large gatherings, outside vendors, amplified music, or public events are not permitted. Day Visitors- Every person who comes onto the property counts toward your guest total, whether they stay overnight or just visit for the day. Day visitors are charged the same per-person rate ($20 adult/child). Firewood camp - Fire Pit Use Firewood is included with your stay! Please use only the main fire pit near the gazebo. You'll find stacked wood right next to it. If that runs out before we can restock, additional cut, split, and stacked wood is available a short walk away. Quiet Hours (City of Houston Code) To respect neighbors and preserve the peaceful nature of Camp DeVo, quiet hours are observed as follows: Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Please keep noise and music at respectful levels during these times. Amplified or excessively loud music is not permitted at any time. Flooding Notice – Camp DeVo is on the 100-year floodplain. While rare, high water can occur (typically Aug–Sept during heavy rains). In the event of flooding risk, full refunds and cancellations are allowed anytime.

You can turn around with a 40' or less. Any larger then you pull in and back out.

Firewood provided, firepit, private. Please use the fire pit provided. Wood is split and ready to use. The bin next to the fire wood is full of birch bark for fire-starters. If a fire ban is issued then fires will have to cease for the time being.

Pit toilet. A nice comfortable outhouse. Please bring your own toilet paper

Off leash. Please don't ruin it for everyone else and clean up after your pet.
