We just acquired this property in 2018. We wanted to develop a place for our family to enjoy the outdoors, but was still be close to home and town. We cleaned up the property and tried to minimize taking out trees. The trees provide a wonderful canopy of shade and beauty.

Pitcher Holler #3 -Morgantown
We didn't had much time to spend at Pitcher Holler since we arrived there close to midnight and had to leave super early next day. But if you want a place to spend the night, at a low cost, this is the place.

Stayed there just for the night before continuing on my road trip. Great spot if you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night
