The Redtail Yurt
Redtail yurt
We loved staying in the Redtail yurt. It was very spacious. More than enough space for our family. Susan thought of everything and had everything we needed in the Yurt. My girls loved petting and feeding the goats. Great trails to hike through. Definitely would recommend!

The Redtail Yurt
The Redtail Yurt was a great place to stay! We unfortunately only stayed for one night and had to leave first thing the next morning so we didn’t have a lot of time, but if you want a calm, quiet, secluded and peaceful place close to nature, this is where it’s at! The host was kind, informational and gracious, and the shared community space seemed nice, although we did not have much of a chance to use it.
They had a couple trails throughout the property that they maintained, which was very nice for us to walk our dogs through after our drive there. Lots of wildlife and bugs, as there should be. Would definitely recommend.

It was very chill. Plenty of space to set up a tent, and the community barn was awesome, especially the showers. It offers privacy to, outside of the town so that was also great. I'd go back if I'm ever in the area.

Sunlight Room in the Barn
Beautiful ❤️ Harmony
I loved it. We chose to stay in the barn and it was a very welcoming, relaxing and cozy space! Susan is such a wonderful host and the Light Center didn't have the super rigid structure that other short-term rental spaces have. This really allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time there as opposed to worrying about all the minor details. We loved it all. We really appreciated the expansive land for walking/hiking and enjoyed all the outdoor spaces even though we didn't have time to use them. Lastly, there are some lovely farm animals we could connect with. I plan to volunteer here in the near future to support what is being offered.

What an absolutely incredible place! Deeply restorative for the mind, Body, and Soul. The humanity in which this whole center is founded on is truly something that we all need. Much much Love 💞🪷
