Camp anywhere in this large 20 acre field with an old farm pond (catch and release fishing allowed) in the background. This area bordering hundreds of acres of forest, we allow you to pick your own campsite or you can use ours.

Fires only in designated areas, located next to the 2 designated sites on the map but you can go "off the grid" and make camp wherever you see fit. The road to the site is fairly rough, especially after a rain it will be a challenge for vehicles so we recommend hiking in from the main parking area by the barn. About a 1/2 mile walk from parking to the field, again recommended unless you have a vehicle that will handle it. After a rain, no vehicles permitted.

Wide open spaces to see deer and turkey, millions of stars and the occasional comet. Summer months blackberries are ripe for the taking and there's even some limited cell phone service... Plenty of woods to hike and bordering 900 ac of public lands, you can go for days.

Just 40 minutes from Louisville, were centrally located for your next adventure. 25 Minutes to Patoka Lake, 45 minutes to French Lick. 30 Minutes to Holiday World, Squire Boone Caverns, Marengo Cave. There are 4 prime golf courses and 4 wineries in the area, as well as 6 more state/national parks with hiking trails.
