Description

The stunning backwoods of the Yellowjacket Mountains and the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness come to a head at Yellowjacket Lake Campground. After a day of serious rugged hiking, you can come back to base camp for peaceful fishing in the creek or canoeing and kayaking on the lake. While these sites are best suited for tent campers, you can also grab the Yellowjacket Guard Station which is decked out with beds and a warm, cozy wood-burning stove.
