Description

The Middle Fork Transfer Camp & Trailhead is a small collection of campsites nestled in the impressive wilderness of the Salmon-Challis National Forest outside of Stanley, Idaho. Conveniently located adjacent to a long-term parking lot, this collection of campsites sees a steady flow of visitors, especially during the summer months. Fortunately, this campground allows you the freedom to pitch your tent outside of the developed campsites, so go forth and find your own secret, private spot amongst the trees (just be sure to bring adequate water and your leave-no-trace attitude)!
