We enjoyed our stay here! Lestia is a great host with a beautiful space. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area. She offered great suggestions for hiking. The view from the campsite cannot be beat. The stars at night were amazing. We fell in love with her two dogs, Fred and Wlma.

A beautiful quite spot nesteled in within the national forest. The calm stream from the backside of the property provided soothing sounds. Total privacy provided for the camping location on the property.

Lestia was a wondeful host that taught us interesting facts about the property. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for seclution and an opportunity to connect with the nature than what most group campsites can provide.

This was a sweet camping spot, hosted by Lestia, who was super nice! There is an electric hookup and water, which was very convenient. It is rare to find a campsite with hookups that is so PRIVATE! We had the place to ourselves, with only occasional visits from Fred and Wilma, the canine greeters. It was really nice not to have to secure everything when we went exploring for the day.
Ketchum is an easy day trip, and we really enjoyed driving down Forest Service Road 135. We came in from Mackey, which was a good road pulling our 20 foot trailer.

Very private campsite which delivers on the promise of stunning views. The river is walking distance from the campsite and we visited it every day. Lestia is a welcoming host, full of hospitality. We would recommend this campsite.

Lestia is a sweetheart. It was a great place to stay - a bit out of the way, but worth it. Look for the orange traffic cone (what she calls a pile-on).

If you’re looking for your own private Idaho, in the stunning and quiet Lost River valley, this place delivers. Rustic, charming, no frills but soul-filling. Host Lestia is the real deal… a homesteader with heart. We will be back!
