Overall, it was a good experience. I would look to this spot as more of a short term / overnight stop. The spots are in a grassy field and not totally level. When it rains, expect a pool of water at your door. When I stayed, there were a lot of fire ant hills in the fields where I walked the dogs so watch out for that. Internet was included, but I had a lot of issues connecting to it. The owner was accommodating and brought me a hotspot, but I went through a lot of data.
The barn is unique and it would be cool to see it as an active gathering place. The owners were easy to work with. I hope they continue to improve the spots. I would do a short stay again.
Very cool place and very nice folks. Recommend getting in touch with the host in advance to coordinate unlocking the gates. Also, property is not marked with the street number and doesn't come up on google maps. Talking with the host in advance will make check in so much easier.
The barn was an awesome spot. We loved it! Wish we could have stayed more nights. They have a great barn to hang out in with 2 above ground pools. The owners are very friendly and welcoming!
The host was super nice, and even asked her friend to help me back in to the site. Quite environment and neighborhood. Definitely recommend.
