There is no power, water, or sewage, your RV must have off grid independence :) Make sure you can cross the ditch (not too bad but just look at the photos and exercise best judgement). This does not have concrete pad or RV hookups.

Park your RV or tent in Florida!!!!

Aura was very responsive and friendly. We were the first to stay at this vacant lot. There is a little hill as you come off the road, but we were able to get our 35 foot trailer in with 4 wheel drive. Great value for an off grid location which is what we were looking for while visiting family nearby. A quick drive to downtown Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. I would recommend for anyone visiting the area looking for basic accommodations.
