Spacious Oak Hammock

We were very happy with our stay! The hosts were very courteous, and were available to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was spacious (as name implies!), a good amount of shade from the beautiful trees, and we often saw deer in the distance. We had a lot of space to enjoy, and really appreciated the outdoor kitchen and showers. Also the access to electricity and water at our particular site was helpful. There were doggie friends for our pup to play with—the owners made sure it was ok to let them roam together—-our dog had the best time! Great experience, probably the best we have had at site.

It was so nice we had to stop back by for a second visit on our way home. Love this place!

A little live oak paradise near plenty of state parks and springs. Very welcoming spot with two of the kindest hosts you will ever meet. The outdoor showers are amazing! Such a plus. We would come back here any time we are in the area.

Enjoyed every minute of my time with Terry and Mike. Thought I had booked for three days but unfortunately I was only able to stay for two. Hope I get to return on the trip back. A little slice of heaven.

Clean and quiet. Easy going host

Very peaceful environment with lots of options for all campers, whether tent or RV including access to power, water, outdoor kitchen (and coffee!) outdoor shower, porta potty, and picnic tables.
Dogs are welcome, too! My Min Pin enjoyed the laid back chillness of the Spacious Oak Hammock. Bring your binoculars to view the wildlife, including deer, owls, and a plethora of songbirds. Santa Fe River access is only a few miles away. If you are a super light sleeper, the dog kennel down the street may be an annoyance over night. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Teresa’s Spacious Oak Hipcamp is excellent on so many levels! It was a real oasis for us, being the stop between two long drives. Teresa was totally accommodating, finding us the perfect spot and helping us get settled with all the basics. Her place is well taken care of, and the RV spots are far apart to ensure privacy and quiet. An added bonus for us was that our little dog found a great friend to run with - I think that was the happiest he’s been in weeks! Thank you to Teresa, Pam, and Autumn! Highest possible recommendation for Hipcampers!

Such a beautiful and peaceful space. Teri and Mike are super great they made everything easy and enjoyable. We loved getting to know them just as much as the beautiful setting of their land under amazing and sheltering trees. Thank you! We will be back.
