Nice little private spot .
We liked the location in the Hammock. Friendly host came to meet us at set up. I would choose hipcamp again. Good option since no campgrounds in neighborhood available.
Great camping experience
We enjoyed our stay at Broken Wave Ranch. Michael greeted us upon arrival and was very accommodating. Water hookup was provided close to our camper and the electrical service was more than adequate to power the small air conditioner in our camper. The camp site was great & private.
This is a great location if you want to go to St Augustine or Anastastia State Park (about a 25 minute drive).
We will definitely use again on our next trip to St Augustine.

This spot was a hidden gem tucked away just a couple of minutes from public beach access. Accessibility to the site was great and having plenty of shade under beautiful oak and palm trees was fantastic.
Michael the host is very friendly and responsive and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable.
Water was fresh and it did have power enough to run out small A/C unit and lights but probably would not be enough for a large unit.
All in all this is a great spot.
Michael was a friendly, communicative and overall awesome host! We loved that his property was walking distance to the intercoastal, beach, restaurants and Publix. Also, we loved that there was lots of shade to help keep the RV cool. We'd definitely stay in Michael's property again!
Great spot and wonderful host!
I loved staying here. A secluded, shady, private, and protected spot close to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach and a delicious fish shack with live music. Felt really comfortable here with everything I needed close and accessible. Michael was a super friendly, accommodating and welcoming host, available when I needed anything but gave me my space and privacy.
Palm coast is old florida.
Loved our stay with Michael. Very Hospitable. Perfect spot to get to know Palm Coast. Loved the beach and all the bike trails. The site was in a very quite neighborhood and was very peaceful. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Michael !!!
Cozy spot, great location and host!
Great, private spot, lovely site with tones of shade!
Really enjoyed our stay! Seafood in walking distance is great too, 9$ calamari ‘bout made the whole trip alone haha.
