This place would be perfect in a trailer or RV not comfortable for tent camping. Although, beautiful and perfect location for what we needed it for. However, after we came back from dinner the bathrooms were locked and no where to go. Will come back. However, not in a tent for sure.

As described. The spots are in the parking lot. Some power available. Super quiet at night. Not great views in the parking lot, but walk around to the marina and there is some nice views and seating. Best for self-contained units like an RV.

This is a diamond in the rough. You are literally feet away from the inlet and everybody at the marina made us feel welcome. Parking is in a boat yard, and we had some issues with electric hookups (20 AMP available, 30 AMP marine plugs only) but it did not detract from our unbelievably great stay. This spot is absolutely fabulous.

The Lighthouse Boatyard and Marina is set in the perfect location, and is a really unique experience at a beautiful waterfront marina. We were quickly met by Jiffy, who showed us our spot and we made ourselves at home. Jiffy gave us a tour of the property and the amenities offered which exceeded our expectations. As the sun began to set, the area began to slow down and we had the place to ourselves. It was completely quiet and peaceful with a great view of the lighthouse beacon shining its beam onto the sea. We enjoyed a peaceful dinner on the dock.
There are plenty of things to do and see all within walking distance of seaside shops and restaurants. Of course, we had to take advantage of the on-site ice cream shop with so many awesome flavors to choose from. Also, don’t forget to check out Ponce de Leon lighthouse, which is a short walk down the street and is the tallest lighthouse in Florida dating back to the 1880’s!
One of our highlights was the Dolphin and Manatee tour on their shaded flat bottom boat which we highly recommend. Our guides were seasoned pros with tons of knowledge during our cruise through the intracoastal waterway. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning if we are back in the area.

Beautiful Area. Lots of great attractions in the area. Our Stay (3 nights) at the Hip Camp was perfect. It is very quiet at night. When we arrived we were able to pick our spot and Jiffy was very helpful. We were in Town for Bike week but decided to do the boat tour and other things, because we enjoyed the area so well. All the staff was so friendly. Nice Clean showers and Rest rooms. This was my first Hip Camp, but so glad it we had booked it.

Excellent location! JIFFY was so kind and helpful. Hooked us up and showed us around. LOTS to do in this area, but it was a bit rainy during our visit.

This was our 1st hipcampervan stay and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is a lovely marina in parking area with boats and trailers as described, but we weren’t expecting it to be so private and quiet all night. Bonus...ice cream shop in the same area and a great restaurant/beach bar next door was super convenient. Lovely park across the street and beach 2 blocks away. Great communication with Matt by text and other staff onsite were very friendly. Easy access to clean bathrooms and picnic area. We’ll definitely stay here again.

A lovely spot right by the water and a great little dock. Jiffy came out late to ensure we parked in the right spot close to the elec and water hook ups. I would recommend a stay here if you like being off the beaten track and waterside.
