GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group.

This property is equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer and trash pickup. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set.

Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on the south end of Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). Also, just down the road is the bike path which you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer.

Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required).

The sleepy little town of Port St. Joe has so many great little restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of this place, or just head a few miles over to Appalachicola for some of the best Oysters around.

If you've never taken your crew and camped right on the beach, then this is the place for you. Completely private lot with only private houses around on a sandy road and your own private beach access. Enjoy your stay!

I will admit I was a little hesitant at reserving a week for something like this since I have never done anything like it for our camper, but I must say it was an awesome time. The site was very well taken care of and had plenty of room. The use of the dock beside the site was perfect for accessing the beach. We will be back in the near future, because of the beach and the good restaurants that the hosts recommended to us. The only thing we had to deal with was the red tide/dead fish washing up on the beach as well as the cough that comes along with it, but there is nothing the hosts could have done to prevent this. If you truly want a beach get away without having to deal with a crowded campground, this is the spot for you! Thank you again for the awesome stay!

Very nice spot by the beach that’s not busy at all . The host always answered any question prior to my arrival with in minutes. Easy access to the beach less than 700’ from the campsite. The site had an outside shower all hooks up including a 50 and 30 amp service. If your camper hook ups are on the driver side you will need to pull straight in unless you have extra hoses and extension cords. There’s nothing plenty of room to unhook the trailer if you pull in. We are excited to book again for next year. Thank you again Justin.

Justin and Misty are super fast and responsive with communications! We stayed for our spring break week and the beach was fairly quiet...people would walk by frequently, but we were able to space ourselves from other families pretty well. Loved having our dog with us on the beach! We had a few days of pretty bad sand fleas and mosquitos outside the RV...to the point where we couldn’t be out past about 4:00....even with repellant and a fire. Other days, they didn’t seem to be there at all! The walkway to the beach needs fixing, but the house next to us seemed vacant so we just borrowed theirs! We left one day early after being eaten alive the night before, but if you miss the bugs, it would be a perfect spot! The picnic table and grill are very nice touches! The sand is very nice, white Florida sand...the water was brown, not green and blue like other FL gulf spots I’ve been to....if that matters to you! Overall, a relaxing spot I would recommend! Nice to sit out in the mornings with a cup of coffee and watch the water...and the kids loved the long walk to the shipwreck!

View from our RV kitchen table The deck is a very nice touch!

We had a fantastic stay right on the beach! It was the end of February, the temps got into the 70s and most days were sunny. No road noise at all, no bugs or mosquitos (we had a constant breeze, so that may have kept them away). One of the best little towns in the Panhandle and a truly wonderful dog-friendly beach!

It was a nice spot for being right on the beach. However, I feel like some updates need to be made considering it’s $140 per night. We had a week booked but left after one day because the beach was mediocre, no sea shells, and the biting flies would attack us as soon as we stepped foot outside. Even on the beach. But I’m a beach snob, so if you aren’t...those issues won’t bother you. Unless some updates are made or the price per night is dropped some, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hi Brittany! This area is more of an outdoorsy area with a real laid back/old Florida vibe and some folks do prefer the condo-style RV stays with pavement, etc. So, yes I understand that; I sure wish there was something we could do about the "biting flies" during certain times of year, but with this past year being so wet, they have been a bit worse and we are at natures mercy on the water. We usually have TONS of shells on the beach so you must have been there during a day when they had all washed out. We are actually fixing any of the damaged walking areas as we had to wait on the rains and turtle season to be over. The rains/hurricanes over the past 7 months really brought in a lot of water we had no control over. Thank you for your feedback and safe travels on your next adventure.

Justin and Misty's place is beautiful! The beach is very close and not crowded. The site was pretty level, and the shower and picnic table were nice touches. It's a shame the boardwalk and road were flooded due to some rain we got. Looking forward to being back on Cape San Blas in the future! We'll definitely come back.

Thanks so much Russell! Yes, the rains have been crazy this past 6 months. We are in the process of fixing the wet areas on our walking path. Please come back!
