The property is 5 minutes from the Northport national park with horseback riding trails. 7 min from I75. 15 min to a gas station along with - US41 for restaurants, Wal-Mart, Lowe's & shopping centers. 

 15-20 min to nearest Mall, movie theater, bowling, mini gulf, bar & such. 20-30 min to the nearest beach. 

Extras: Pets allowed but must be leashed at all times if outside. Pool located on property & available for use - Must request a day & between what time you plan to use it. (Must sign a waiver) no kids under 12. Small fire pit available for use while on the property. 1 kayak available for use (Must sign a waiver & a refundable deposit of 100$ )

This spot is In a Quiet farmland area on a open half acre (somewhat private)

There is no power hook up, no extras at this time.
