With a year under our belt we are so excited to finally have the chance to host on our property. This land is very special to us and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the busy day to day surrounded by nature, farm animals and wildlife. Located in one of the best spots in Florida near top hiking trails, horse farms, and near the beautiful FL beaches.Pitch your tent or trailer in the pasture under the beautiful Florida Oak trees surrounded by horses and native wildlife. Enjoy the quiet nights underneath the stars, cozy up by a fire, and wake up to the amazing Florida sunrises and birds chirping in sweet serenity.  Feel free to pet the horses or pet the chicken (Bobo) if you desire. Please use caution as they may think you have food. We love dogs and they are always welcome, however, we ask that you keep them on a leash and clean up after them at all times. Please respect other guests and their space. Please throw all trash away in the trash/recycle bins in the front of the property. Children must be supervised at all times. There are 3 fire pits that you are welcomed to use. Please leave the fire rings where they are to prevent fires and never leave the fire unattended/ water it down before bed. Outdoor charcoal grill available to use. 30 amp Electric and water hookup is included for all sites- no sewer hookup. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy usage- please do not use multiple high powered appliances simultaneously to prevent overload. NEW FULL hot shower and bathroom available for all guests. PLEASE keep this communal bathroom clean for yourself and other guests as there is only one to share between all sites. SEPTIC DUMP NEARBY- Venice Myakka RV Resort Our ranch is near great hiking trails, amazing beaches, and there are plenty of activities around for families. TOP RECOMMENDATIONS: Manasota Key Beach (quiet/secluded) eat at the Sandbar or Lock N Key Visit Boca Grande for shopping, beaches, food, and golf Hike Eagle Trail in Lemon Bay Park Best seafood in town: Farlow's (conveniently around the corner) Visit #1 beach in Florida - Siesta Key and stroll around St Armond's Happy to answer any questions!

We had an amazing time on this property! It was beautiful and peaceful. Loved the horses, but Bobo the chicken stole the show!

Ranch camp WITH REAL BATHROOM!
What a delightful location! Out in the country but close to town at the same time. It's very quick ride to the ocean to garb a bite, catch the sunset and collect some shells. Don't pass on the chance to stay here if, like us, you love the nostalgic experience of being near horses and other ranch life. Bobo is the sweetest little creature you'll ever encounter. Having an actual bathroom with shower is a particularly nice treat for a HipCamp (versus the usual pit toilet or porta potty). Kudos and thanks to Taylor for quick communications and great management of a unique spot.

Serene farm stay on Bell Oaks Ranch
I took my family of 4 including grandson age 4, son 19, and my husband. We all loved the beautiful scenery and the animals! Prices were just right. I did not get a chance to meet Taylor personally, because we were out and about, but any questions I had she got back to me within reasonable time love it here and will be coming back for sure!

Wonderful spot to camp. Loved having the chicken come visit for snacks. He jumped in our truck and almost went home with us 😂. Clean bathroom. Bumpy last 1/2 mile dirt road but felt like our home road.
