Amazing pond area in rural Groveland located in State Road 33. There’s a lot of wild life (deers, hogs, turkeys, cranes) in the area that can easily be spotted during the night. Around 2 clean acres , where you can park your car (if you don’t want to enter the woods with it). You can find bass and catfish in the pond. Fishing allowed! Hunt is not allowed. You are more than welcome to bring your RV. We offer full hook up sites ( 30 and 50 amps). Just check availability first.20 acres pond in Green Swamp area! Easy access by State Road 33, 5 minutes from downtown Groveland! This is a rural area where you can easily spot wildlife. You will be surrounded by nature! In the pond, a lot of catfish and bass! Bring your equipment, fishing is allowed! But hunting is not allowed. You can choose to camp in a clear area area (around 2 acres) or fell free to enter into the woods and find your spot! RV’s are welcome! I also have 3 RV’s myself that I can rent and park it for you in the area (off grid) or you can just cross the road and stay in it, fully hook up besides my house!! (RV not included in the price)! It will be a pleasure to have you guys!!

Quaint, and Close to Clermont
We travel quite a bit for our business @EmsCryoTreats and we love finding spots like this... Off the beaten path, but close enough to the events to justify the stay. The camping spots were very clean and maintained. There are a few full-timers there, but they are so nice and welcoming. They are pet-friendly, with a few full-time pets. They didn't bother us at all! You wouldn't even know they are there after dark. No dump station there at the lots, but there is one across the street at the residence. For our short stays, that's not any concern for us. We will definitely be booking in the future!

It was extremely hard to find this place the directions took me to a long dirt road 5 minutes away from the correct location. There aren't enough camp spots in the woods without being to close to someone. I will say Alberto was very polite and friendly and I hope his wife heals up in the hospital and beats her cancer. I'm not saying this spot isn't a good enough place to stay. I'm just saying the way it's advertised is to be more secluded than it really is.
