Hello All, a quick note that we will be shutting down for the summer (April 7th 2024 last day) and look forward to next season. Hope to see many again and new guest too. See everyone in October!! ****BATHROOMS, SHOWER AND LAUNDRY NOW OPEN*** 100 Beautiful acres, over 5 miles of walking/golf cart trails, whether you considered stopping for a night or staying longer HCF loves our guest. Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Also inquire about snowbirding or a possible work camp opportunity. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. This was our second stay and I hope to continue to visit often as Daryl’s place is a perfect middle of the trip between South Florida and Louisiana. Thanks for a wonderful time! Bob and Donna

Daryl was awesome! We arrived very late and he still met us at the gate and helped us feel welcome! The facilities are top notch and we hope to return in the future.

Relaxed and Welcoming RV Spot!
What a delightful hidden gem! This cool little farm was the perfect place for us to rest, restore, and adjust to full time RV living. Daryl and Nancy were super nice and helpful, while still giving us space to just be. Quiet, open, and lots of space for each RV spot - with full hook ups that were very well set up and taken care of. Plus, miles of trails, fields of Christmas trees growing in different life stages, and a cypress pond to see, walk, and explore with our dogs! Plus, since there’s not many people we got to let them off leash on some of our wandering which was a special treat for our fur babies. The provided washer and drier were new and worked great. We used our own bathroom, but their public one was clean and well kept. There are some interesting markets and sites to see in the rural surroundings. It’s a quaint little country town, so not much happening, but that’s what we enjoyed about it. Exploring Falling Waters Park(Florida’s tallest waterfall) and the Caverns are the attractions we enjoyed close by. All in all, a wonderful spot for some good R&R immersed in nature. We had a lovely time!

Will be back!!!
We loved camping at Daryl’s farm!! The land, woods, swamp area and trails were amazing. Very secluded, but right off the highway, and close to everything you could need. Laundry and shower rooms were a great plus. Falling Waters State Park is a must see, with a beach, fishing and playground.

So much to explore
The tree farm was great with so much to explore we didn’t get to everything. Tried a little fishing with the kids, kayaking, and even enjoyed a Florida shower. Everyone came away with smiles and Daryl and Nancy are great hosts. We would love to come visit again. The hookups were great even though we used a RTT setup. The bath house was a great relief after a week of camping on our way home.
